Unfortunately, groups are allowed only 15 minutes to view The Last Supper which is nowhere near enough time to take in its beauty and detail.

Going inside the Duomo is not included in the tour.

On this particular day, hundreds of thousands of Alpine infantrymen were in Milan making travel difficult and unable to see the DUomo.

We did not even get to take this tour! We got there and were told that the tickets we purchased we actually not available! I also have not received my refund! Will NEVER suggest using Viator and will NEVER USE AGAIN! So unprofessional

Really smart and engaging guide whose name I forgot (I know, I suck). She was soooo good ! We were in the morning group and I was the clown who went to the wrong meeting point. Anyway, the lady on the phone was so nice and we were able to meet up with the rest of the group later in the tour to see The Last Supper. Loved it and the really appreciate them making the effort to connect with us after my mistake. Thank you!

Our guide Kristine was knowledgeable and engaging. Her knowledge of the area, the host , the art and community was appreciated. Of course the highlight was Leonardo’s Last Supper. It was incredibly memorable. Kristine’s guidance helped us understand why this was considered such a breakthrough in art and why Leonardo took so many years to complete.

Zero Communication and Loss of Trust

Very poor organization and zero communication. I arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes early and waited for the guide along with one other person. She received a call at the scheduled departure time indicating the meeting point had been changed and the group could only wait 15 more minutes. She kindly let me know of the change, found the new location on her cell mapping program, and related that the new meeting point was 20 minutes away. We started running. I received a call (which I assume was my notification) some minutes later but could not stop to chat. I answered my cell but only said that I was running to get there. I was eventually outpaced by the kind young lady, and I lost her in the crowd. I gave up the chase when it was obvious that I wouldn’t make it in time. I never found the group. Since the kind young lady was the one with the location of the new meeting point and the map, I was completely lost in a city I had never visited before in a country where I do not speak the language. It is difficult for an elderly lady to bounce back after such a terrible start to her holiday. I did make it back to my hotel safely, but I will never trust Viator again.

Dear Kelly, the correct meeting point was clearly written on your voucher (Piazza Santa maria delle Grazie, in front of Last Supper entrance), and you went in Duomo Square (wrong location). Furthermore we tried to call you but you didn't talk to us, so when you said "zero communication" please do not blame us. The guide Marta was very punctual. We didn’t realize we had signed up for a three hour walking tour so she suggested we just meet her to view the last supper. We met her later and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the experience.

Simon was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and a great story teller. I was thrilled to see the Last Supper, very emotional to see it in person. I would love to return to Milan and explore the Sforza Castle. We walked around the castle but it warrants a full afternoon. Highly recommend this tour.
