Because my husband was upset that a bottle of water wasn’t given or a place to buy one. 3.5 hrs with no water on a 90degree weather day is dehydrating. Or told to bring a bottle of water etc. Norman was excellent in info & driving.

The tour was good you got to see many of the landmarks in Montreal, but the tour is too short. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We stopped at the Notre Dame Basilica, the Olympic Stadium. Overall it was good.

I travel a lot with my family and always book with Viator . I had a very bad experience with the tour company as far as getting the hotel mixed up for pick up ok the morning even though I confirmed by phone and via chat . When I called the booking office , didn’t even apologize but kept making excuses about traffic and such , even though it was Sunday morning and streets were empty .They didn’t even want to admit they made a mistake . The tour guide was good , his name Richard but the company doesn’t value customers , when I complained to Viator , I was really surprised at how the rep was so inexperienced and didn’t even know how to handle such a complaint . Really bad bad experience overall . Viator disappointed me . Overall , tour was good but customer service not really up to par

Cecile (guide) and Frank (driver) were exceptional in our tour experience.. What was a well rated tour on Viator ended up delivering on our expectations and exceeded it in many aspects. Cecile’s humor was a big difference maker and our group of 7 could very well relate to it.. The only feedback I’d have is having slightly longer stops so it doesn’t feel rushed.. Kudos overall!!!

There were major problems with the shuttle bus the tour sent to pick us up at our hotel and we ended up getting picked up almost forty minutes late. We and a few other groups then were late getting to the tour which was already in progress. Once on the tour we were turned off by the local guide who seemed more interested in impressing us with his life and antidotes of how to beat the system in Montréal than in really educating the group about the city and its history. He also made some pretty insensitive remarks about different “types” of people. Overall would not recommend this tour at all.

Not very impressed with the lack of communication on arrival at office. No idea which bus we were supposed to get on? Eventually directed to a coach having been thrown off an open-top bus, which we had booked! Also objected to being told by driver at end of tour that he was looking for a good tip as he considered it part of his salary!!

We had only a cursory view of most of the sites mentioned in the description of the tour. The longest stop we had was at a place where we could buy bakery items and cheese and use the restroom. Some helpful information about the city was shared, but our guide, Andre, expressed way too many bigoted opinions and remarks for our taste. His negative demeanor greatly took away from the experience. Others on the tour shared our view on this. The bus driver did an excellent job and was quite pleasant.

We were driven around Montreal for 3 hours being shown every hospital, church and building that was of little interest. We finally got to the Olympic ski jump and were told we had 5 minutes to look across the street and see it. Honestly, it was the only interesting thing we saw. The tour guide was very rude, continually told us we'd better be on the bus or else. Very curt and demanding. Almost demanded a tip at the end of the tour. You also need to note that the starting point is no longer the visitor information center, it is CLOSED. Rewrite your directions!
