Pickup details

Pick up is provided only with the Full-day (7-hour) option. When the 3-hour afternoon is selected, NO PICK-UP is provided and travelers need to come to the tour start point at Place d'Armes (opposite to Notre-Dame Basilica) in Old Montreal area. With Full day option, Pick-up must be requested at least 24 hours before the tour to be accepted. If a pick-up is requested, tour guide will identify you near hotel entrance. Please make sure your mobile is on. Please note that the pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel.

Our vehicles are cleaned more frequently, especially client high frequency touch points. Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive or still waiting for their results, show COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.

In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.
Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Highly recommended when you want to make the most of a short timeperiod

I was in Montreal for work and only had 1 day of the weekend to explore the city. With the freezing temperature, walking around and exploring stuff on my own wasn't an option. This tour is a perfect solution for such so situation. The pick up and drop was smooth, the guide touched all the key attraction in the first 3 hours with detailed history of each. We were given sometime time to walk around and take pictures as well. I took a full day tour and enjoyed the next half more. He took us to diverse neighborhoods, famous bagel stores, huge farmers market and The Plateau where we walked around for a while. Perfect experience of complete Montreal in a nutshell.

Eine sehr angenehme kleine Gruppe, wenn der Bus allerdings voll gewesen wäre hätten wir nichts mehr vom Guide verstanden, da es kein Mikrofon gab. Neben dem st Josef Oratorium gab es eine downtown Tour, wie auch eine Tour in die Aussenbezirke. Natürlich den bagel und die ahornsirup tarte.
