Driver cheat

The excursion was good but the driver/(guide) openly cheated us. He buys a group ticket for history and war museum combined but charges us much more than the individual entrance fees. War museum is individually cad 20, but he charges us cad 24 whereas with a combined group ticket he probably does not pay more than 15. History museum he charged 24 but individual is 22. It also does not really make sense to sell an excursion not including entrance fees if the driver then spends collecting the fees from everyone, and it took a lot of time. Driver was Steve

Wonder Travels cancelled the non-refundable trip three days before the trip, therefore had to go with one of their alternate trips that I really did not want, as all other companies were booked with the short notice. Better off renting a car, as none of their tours include the activities, so basically all they do is provide transportation. The guide does nothing except keep the group on time.

The tour went fine, but was not an interactive trip ..No information about the Ottawa city was told by the tour guide .. Museums both War and History should be an interactive tours because the time is not enough for people to read and move on.
