Good Day Trip to Quebec City

Hu was a very nice tour guide balancing his commentary between English and Chinese. Chris the driver expertly drove us to Quebec City and back in inclement weather. There was enough time for us to visit Montmorency Falls even after getting there a few minutes late due to a highway traffic accident. The walking tour of Lower Old Town Quebec City tour guide was only 1/2 hour. I would have preferred it to have been longer to explore other areas in Upper Old Town Quebec City. We had 3 hours on our own afterwards before we needed to return to the bus.

Yu and Simon did a great job getting us to Quebec for the day. Richard was in charge of the walkabout tour in old town and he was very knowledgeable.

Great way to get a great “snapshot” of the falls and old Quebec. Great, informative guides. However, the buses could be a little more well equipped (Wi-Fi, USB charging, etc). For the value, great experience hands down.

Well organised trip. We were picked up from our accommodation and taken to meet the coach which was fantastic. The coach was comfortable and warm (we went in December). Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and provided great commentary on the trip. We took 3 children on this tour and we all had a great time.

The tour itself was great!!! However, the ride to quebec city was very unpleasant. The first hour and half the heater was not on!!!! It was 19 degrees!!!! He legit didn't put in on and we didn't realize it until we mentioned why it was so cold.. Then there was a cold breeze coming from the door because it was broken. Also, we were very concerned about how fast he was driving, 100 miles per hour, I'm not joking.. We felt very unsafe and praying we made it back safe.

It was a great day In Quebec City. We went on off season so we couldn’t do boat part. They gave us a walking tour instead. The tour guide never smiled and seemed annoyed. We peeled off and did it on our own. He’s the only reason for 4 stars. The guide and driver on bus were excellent.

Quebec has an old European French look and feel. Loved to listen to the history of Quebec given by our knowledgeable guide. The Hotel Frontenac was quite a sight to see. Quebec was worth visit.

Quality experience at all stops. Pickup from our hotel was on time. Same for return. The views at each adventure were breathtaking. Great pictures will be some of our most treasured. Eddie, our guide, spoke several languages. His directions were clear. Safety was always paramount. Made the trip relaxing and reassuring at every turn. My wife extremely enthusiastic. The whole tour package was good. But the driver was late to pick us up and Our main tour guide(The one who showed us the city) was not good at all because none of her words were understandable in English And she spoke English for one minute and French for one minute so that we were all confused. But I liked the behavior and explanations of other tour leaders in this tour And I liked that this tour was on schedule.
