Overview
On this half-day boat tour you can explore Moorea Lagoon from above or below the water--or perhaps both. You and your party will receive personalized attention as this is a private tour. Swim and snorkel in the lagoon to get up close with the marine life, or stay on board to enjoy the sunshine, views of Moorea island, and maybe some dolphin watching. Your guide will tell you all about the island, its culture, and the marine life.

Meet us at our departure point with your own transportaion or we can possibly organise a departure from almost all hotels* or cruise ship tender docks on Moorea. If the place you are staying is unable to reach by the water we will find an alternative departure point most convenient for you or we can organise a taxi on your behalf to the nearest departure point. (taxi fees will be at your own cost.) *For the ferry dock and the Sofitel Resort an additional pick-up by taxi will have to be arranged.

Luna and Clem were the most amazing guides on this trip! This is truly a must do activity. We snorkeled throughout the coral reefs feeding fish, swam with so many sea turtles, sting rays and sharks. It was truly an unbelievable experience. We were seamlessly picked up from the Hilton dock and they helped us arrange a taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry station.

Luna and Clem were the best tour guides in French Polynesia! Our kids had a blast swimming with the sharks and getting up close and personal with the Stingrays. Our 12 year old did not want it to end. Interestingly enough, the boat was the perfect size to get out to the coral reefs since bigger boats are not allowed. This was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Thank you Luna and Clem!

Wow this was an amazing experience. If I could give a higher rating I would. We got picked up right from our dock at our hotel on time, they had contacted us asking to move our tour back about 30 min which worked out better. They asked us what we have seen and what we wanted to see . We saw the sharks and sting rays, turtles and so many different fish! Luna was amazing and showed us different spots that we hadn’t seen on other tours. We got to swim further out. Feeding the fish papaya was unforgettable. We also got amazing pictures and videos. And the fresh fruit platter was amazing!!! This is worth the money!!

We have been to three different countries from the snow to the heat and this was the highlight of everything we have done. Luna and her partner are beautiful and if you go on the early morning trip then don’t have to share some beautiful spots. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the natural feeling and the guides are just the best we have had.

This was our favorite excursion we did on Moorea. Luna and Clem were absolutely fabulous and very attentive. They taught us so much about the island, told us great spots to visit, and took us to some of the most amazing snorkeling spots. When we snorkeled, Luna was in the water with us showing us great things, teaching us about the sea life, and making sure we were all happy and safe. Clem kept an eye on everything above the water to make sure we were safe and always set up with equipment. We loved that they took pics above and below the water, and later shared them with us. We have been on trips with various outfits around the world, and this exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely recommend!!

Great Snorkel Adventure

We had an awesome time with Luna and Clem! They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the island. They made sure to customize the tour for what we were looking for, which was to snorkel and swim with wildlife and explore beautiful reefs. We stopped at three different spots and spent most of our time in the water, which was perfect for us! My favorite part was feeding papaya to tropical fish while snorkeling.
Luna took a bunch of amazing pictures of our experience while guiding us as we explored a great coral reef. I would definitely book with Luna and Clem again! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a memorable experience with Luna and Clem. If you want a custom, private experience on Moorea, this is the excursion you should choose. This was hands down the *best* tour on our vacation. Luna and Clem are lovely people - kind, enthusiastic, patient. They know so much about the area and clearly love and care for the ocean. I cannot overstate: do not leave Mo'orea without spending the day with these two gems.

What a wonderful experience. Worth it to have access to Luna and Clem for the afternoon. They were so accommodating and helpful and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the overall quality of their tour as well as their willingness to go the extra mile. Their tour was WELL worth the little bit of extra money it cost so that we were not on a boat with 20 other people we didn't even know. Our highest recommendation.

They helped us non-swimmers do snorkeling with ease and joy

We were hesitant till the last day about going on this snorkeling adventure as we can’t swim. In our messages with Luna, she assured us that they would help us out with whatever we feel comfortable with. Since this was a private tour, we wanted to take a chance and back out if we don’t feel comfortable.
But from the moment we met with Luna and Clem at the Moorea dock, we found them to be very friendly and helpful. They took us on an island tour first and gave a lot of good information and we got see some beautiful spots. They then took us to the snorkeling spot, which was shallow, but we couldn’t touch our feet in some spots. But they gave us a buoy and some floating devices. Luna then took us each of us for around individually for snorkeling for a few minutes to gauge our comfortable level. Surprisingly we both felt safe in the water with all the guidance and help we got. She then took us on a longer tour of a ‘few neighborhoods’ under water to show us the coral formations and colorful fish. The highlight of the snorkeling was seeing sharks and sting rays from a close distance. They just swam around and we never thought we we see something like that and be comfortable, having seen the movies Jaws 😀.
Once we got out of the water, they gave a big tray of fresh fruits and juices. They were very tasty and we just finished them all. Luna also took under water pictures and videos of our snorkeling and shared them with us. We can show them to our friends & family as no one would believe we could snorkeling let alone with sharks and rays.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend this trip as it is a private tour and Luna & Clem are very helpful and knowledgeable to provide the best snorkeling experience.
