Overview
Explore Moorea's lagoon in the traditional way—aboard a Polynesian outrigger canoe—during this full-day excursion. With a small group of 12 travelers or fewer, get plenty of room onboard and attention from the guides. Take in the scenery, go swimming and snorkeling, and arrive at a tiny islet for a cooking lesson (the local dish poisson cru) and a barbecue lunch.

Such an unbelievable experience. We still have 2 days left on our trip to Moorea and 1 more excursion, but I don’t know how we top this tour. Our guide was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The snorkeling locations were incredible and the lunch was wonderful. If you come to Moorea I HIGHLY recommend this tour. It was worth way more than we paid.

We had a great day, cristal clear waters, lovely beach, we got to see whales, reef sharks, stingrays and turtles. Tour guide was enjoyable to have around and made everything better, showing us the culture of the Polynesian people, helping us get up close with stingrays for pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Swimming with sharks and rays and then to snorkel in coral garden was all that I thought it would be. To pat a ray was amazing. To top the day off with entertainment and education about local flora whilst enjoying lunch was great.
Although Nolte "sorry for spelling" said his English wasn't very good we had no trouble understanding him and vice versa
ELVIS did a great job explaining points of interest on way to sharks and rays and was very talented with his cooking skills.
Overall a great day that I would totally recommend

If you only sign up for one excursion while in French Polynesia, this is the one for you! Complete immersion with sharks and rays, snorkeling in beautiful coral, and then a wonderful Tahitian style lunch made this the best part of our entire vacation!

I wish I could give this higher that 5 stars, because it deserves it. The raving reviews of this tour got me to book it during our stay on Moorea, and they were spot on - this was by far worth every penny and every second spent! The guide, who I regrettably don’t remember his name, was hilarious and beyond friendly. The memories my husband and I made during these 6 hours will last a lifetime!! Thank you Moorea Miti Tours for an amazing day! And, the other couples that went with us made the experience even more fun!!! Got to swim with friendly sharks and sting rays, see lots of cool fish and coral, eat a fantastic lunch on this little private island, and learn so many cool cultural practices as well. Great company, and one fantastic day of memories we’ll never forget.

Thank you Manú for a fantastic day out on the beautiful lagoon, absolutely stunning place, we saw spinner dolphins and whales. Amazing poisson crû for lunch and fabulous entertainment, mauruuru Manu. Whales on the way home it was a wonderful day with great company

Saw 6 whales, swam with numerous sharks and stingrays and enjoyed the amazing beauty of Moorea. Lunch was a delicious cerviche. Great guide with good sense of humor.

What a great trip! The guide was entertaining and kind. He made sure the kids had fun and enjoyed the activities.
We got to see whales and turtles in the bay and got to swim with sharks, sting rays, and many different fish.
The lunch was delicious and we would recommend to anyone looking for a nice day on the water.

Awesome day with wildlife in Moorea.

What an awesome day. Mani our guide was full of interesting facts about the island. Swimming with the sharks and rays was awesome. Snorkeling was great, lots of stuff to see. Make sure to bring water shoes or flip flops to walk to the shore. The coral is very rough on soft city feet. The savichi lunch was fabulous. All ingredients fresh from the sea, literally, we collected coconuts on the way out to use for the milk. Awesome 5 star day.
