Overview
Set sail along the northern coast of Moorea with this small-group sunset cruise. You’ll board your compact sailing catamaran—Taboo—near the Mareto Public Beach and head out toward Cook's Bay and into a barrier reef, where you'll get great views of the island and its surrounding waters before returning to shore.

Our boat mooring near Ta'ahiamanu public beach. Park your car on the parking log of Tahiamanu public beach Go on your right and walk 200m along the road, until the dinghy place. Please, note that departure point is NOT from the beach. Don’t park your car along the lagoon, it’s Private places.

We will confirm you the exact appointment by message in your TripAdvisor/Viator mailbox. We start from our boat mooring near Mareto/Ta'ahiamanu public Beach (between the two bays) Pick up and drop off may be available depending on the day between the Sofitel and the boat mooring (north coast) for 2 passengers minimum. We can pick single person up too if they are on our way. We pick you up on the main roadside of the Island ("route de ceinture") if you are on Temae path you have to meet us at the Golf or at Temae P.o. boxes. If you're outside this area, you have to meet us directly to the departure point with a rental vehicle or we can book a round trip taxi and you'll do a cash payment directly to the driver.

A wonderful experience

The rain did not diminish the wonderful experience of cruising on the peaceful and beautiful waters of Moorea, if anything, the experience was enhanced by the dramatic vista of mist enveloping the mountains. Leo is a fantastic and very knowledgeable tour guide. A greatly recommended attraction!
A bookend to a perfect week in paradise

What a wonderful conclusion to a week in Tahiti! The pick up was perfect, small dingy out to his ship and we were off. So quiet and peaceful. He provided some history and answered questions. Highly recommended!

We had a fun time on the cruise with one other couple onboard, and the captain, Emilio I believe, was very nice. Had the unfortunate situation of a rain storm pop up at the end of the cruise, which was a disappointment, ( no sunset ) but you can't control Mother Nature.

A little bit of rain at the end of a tour is not something easy to predict and can happen sometimes. Nonetheless colors in the sky were great that day after the sun was set which is part of Moore'a magic.

Awesome time on Taboo with Captain Leo! We were there with only two other couples so it was super chill and fun. The boat is great and the sail before sunset is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Best experience of our Tahitian holiday. Only one other couple on board so virtually a private tour. Leo, our captain, was friendly and laid back and gave enough information about the island and its history while leaving us to just enjoy the experience. Fabulous scenery. Highly recommend this cruise.
