Driver took us around, but we had to book all tastings and figure out the schedule. The only value we got was the driver. A tip was also charged to use after the trip with no advance notice and we were not expecting that.

Please be honest here! -As it was previously disclosed numerous times across our correspondence to you , including disclosure in Viator under Exclusions - our standard gratuity is 20%. Not 10%, not 15% and not 5.7% you've "graciously spared" to the driver! Your cash tip was refunded to your per our terms, also explained and outlined in our correspondence. - WE don't have fine print ! Hard to miss ! -Our terms are clearly outlined in bold font and yellow highlight . You obviously read it since you followed our itinerary instructions and booked wineries as suggested. We check availability at the wineries , however we do not choose tasting options for the reasons explained in the itinerary, ALSO in bold font. One of the main reasons is that , wineries have several different tasting options !!!! - ALL OF OUR drivers are seasoned professionals with great knowledge of the wine country, so they truly earn a full 20% gratuity, no matter what. Our driver's reviews speak for it. !!!

Tour is nice, but they need a user-friendly website. It took me more than 1 hour to complete a wine taste tour/etc, also they didn't provide me with a detail receipt & since they add extra $ charges to my bill, I believe a receipt is necessary. 5 Stars to James Escobar our Driver.

We went on a tour of Napa wineries. The company sent me a list of suggestions to pick from. It was super helpful. Our driver Edward was wonderful. He shared information about the area and suggested cool places to stop. Our favorite winery was Stag's Leap. I don't think you can go wrong at any of the wineries. I can't wait to go back.

The experience was amazing. 1st the bad. We had never been to the region before and you have to book your own wine tasting experiences. You have to spend a lot of time researching and choosing your own places to visit. They should recommend the most popular spots and narrow down your options as there are over 300 to choose from. I highly recommend you go to the Castle. Make that #1! I would also recommend Chandon, even though we missed our early appointment. It’s super popular as well. You won’t get more than 3 or 4 tasting sites in 1 day and that’s pushing it when you mix in lunch. The good… Our driver Kyle, was absolutely the best. He not only got us to the right places, he made each experience unique and fun. He even personally found us when he couldn’t contact us due to bad cell service to make sure we were happy and keep us on track. Taking a private car is the way to go and hopefully you get a driver line Kyle.

We had an amazing time at the wineries but your driver was awful. Talking about how beautiful the women were that he used to work with, talked about being in the south and feeling like he needed to speak more simply to the people there (we are from the south), and finally brought up his view on politics. The drive turned into a ted talk that we definitely would not pay to do again.
