Great service. Our driver was timely and met us exactly at the location as communicated. He was very friendly, respectful and got us to Positano in a timely manner. The company also was very communicative and responsive and we felt safe with our driver!

Seamless transfer to Positano

Meetup was seamless and our driver got us safely to Positano! He even stopped at a few lookout spots so we could get out and admire the view. He also took our photo! It was a great way to start our vacation.

Carlo was very courteous, give us great information about the area. Unlike the driver we had from the day before, he was a gem. He didn’t drive 110 miles an hour and swerving between cars like we were on the freeway.

First Natalie is amazing.. she has been the one to take my reservation and handle all my time changes because of train delays….perfecto! Carlo was a very personal driver.. if you have been to Positano you understand you give your life to the driver on theses narrow streets! He’s personal touch and character we’re outstanding! 2 perfectos!!

Poor experience

We had two large Vans take our group to the airport at 3am in the morning. One driver was kind and the other was not so friendly. I get pretty car sick and those roads on the way to the airport from Positano are rough. I asked the driver to turn the AC bon and he did slightly for about a few minutes and turned the heat on 😳. It wasn't a pleasant ride at all. Then when we got to the airport the driver told us we could pay cash or card for the extra van. They claimed they didn't have a card reader and we had to scramble to find enough euro between us all to Pay for them. It wouldn't have been a problem knowing in advance that we needed only cash but it put us in a bind before our flight home. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Dear Ms Bailey, my name is Giuseppe, I'm the logistic manager of the Chauffeur of Positano and also, one of the two drivers that have taken you and your family to the airport. First of all, I sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding with the other driver for what concern the air conditioning. You need to know that it's our priority to torn on the air in the vehicles, a) for the comfort of our clients, b) for safety resons, keeping the air on riduce the spreading of bacteria. I can only assume that the driver must have misinterpreted your requirement. I can ensure that I will investigate and find out what happened. As far as the payment is concern, for privacy reason I can't publish the email between you and the office, please go and read the e-mail of the 18th of april at 19:45 local time, in which you have been tald that it was possible to pay the same day in euro cash. In any case, all of you where up very early, in order to get a car at 03:00am, and is normal that perhaps some of you where a bit tired and confused. I'm sure that next time you visit Italy you will be calling us again and I will, personaly, make sure to look after you and your family. In the meantime I wish all of you a fantasti summer. Giuseppe

Carlos was our driver. He waited for us at the train station even though our train was delayed. He was an absolute joy to interact with. He pointed out highlights along the way and even stopped at a Lemoncello place for us on the way. He was a very safe driver and his vehicle was very clean. He helped make our trip special.

Our driver picked us up in Naples on time and made it easy for us to find him. I also was given his Whatsapp number to give him a status on our train arrival. He was very polite and grabbed our luggage and carried to the car for us! As we made the drive - he pointed out many sites and attractions for us to see. He was very knowledgeable on the area. he stopped at 2 sites for us to take photos. He contacted our airbnb host to find the closest place for drop off. He was great!

This is a great agency to book with! My partner and I originally only booked a transfer from Naples to Positano but booked the return transfer as well after such a great experience. More Than Just A Transfer!

The time seemed to fly by with our wonderful driver John. He made the long ride from Rome to Positano a pleasant afternoon. He was quick to attend to our luggage, educated us on lots of history along the way, and gave us perfect restaurant suggestions. This was more than just a transfer!
