Great service! Clean and very luxurious van. I was worried about the long trip from Narita to Shinjuku-ku as I have a bad back but the van had plush reclining seats that was so comfortable I slept most of the way and felt refreshed and ready to explore Tokyo on arrival! l would definitely book again!!

There was nobody holding the sign at the airport today. I was by myself so I had to push the cart out of the airport looking for the spot the driver asked me to go to meet him. I lived in Tokyo for 4 years so I had no problem find the spot BUT if you are new or never been to Japan and travel with other people then you will definitely not like this…

The driver was very late. As someone who has used a car service all over the world I was very shocked to arrive and not see the driver waiting. When he finally did arrive he didn’t even offer to help with the bags. When you arrive in a different country and your driver isn’t waiting you immediately start scrambling to find something else. In the future I will book directly with a car service for the peace of mind and service.

Your driver was not at the correct gate, no one was waiting for us. I was the Captain of the airplane and my wife was travelling with me, so we booked a private ride. We exited the baggage are with 10 flight attendants and 3 pilots, no one could find your driver! Waited with the entire crew helping us look for your driver, he was not at our exit. I had to make alternate transportation arrangements, the response I received was to bad, you still have to pay. How am I responsible for your driver going to the wrong gate. Service was provided, want a refund. You messed up, not us

Driver was on time and waiting for us with a sign at the airport. Driver was very professional and efficient. Both of us are disabled and carried a mobility scooter and walker along with our suitcases and backpacks and the driver took care of all our luggage while we were seated in the SUV. Would not hesitate to use your services again.

We had to wait at the airport and we did not have the greeting from inside the airport and we were on time. We had to communicate several times by text before he answer back. The car was not what we expected, old car the driver was polite , but in the car he was not speaking English and cannot talk with us during our ride from the airport (Narita)to the hotel for our questions We would have want somebody to answer and explain the ride.

We are very grateful! The driver who came to pick us up was very nice. He helped us bring our luggage to the car and unloaded our luggage when we arrived at the hotel. Although our customs clearance time was long, about two and a half hours, we had no trouble contacting the manager and a car was sent to pick us up quickly.
