The boat ride was great. Rick's was great. I wish there was more info on the outfit. I would have worn a bathing suit and water shoes. I didn't know I had to walk through waste high water. With all that said. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!! Loved all the people and crew!! Thanks!!

This was my first visit to Jamaica🇯🇲... I really enjoyed myself with the Ladies.. We celebrated my sister 47th Birthday on 8-28-23 I had so much fun on the ⛵boat ride, the music🎶 was Fantastic🤘😝🤘 I'm looking forward to visiting again I just don't know🤷‍♀ when.... 😘 The staff was Gr8. This cruise was absolutely the best!!! The crew is phenomenal and my family had the best time!!! We had to go to a different location for snorkeling because the water was choppy .. and we had a pair of dolphins who greeted us at the jump off the boat.

It rained viator said I would be able to reschedule if it rained my tour included margaritaville wich the boat didn’t take us too probably due to rain my refund was denied . It was just horrible . Then we only had a hour at ricks cafe wich wasn’t enuff time to order food and enjoy Clift jumpin .

Jumping from the cliffs at Rick's was amazing! The crew of our catamaran, The Tortuga, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this excursion. It's an experience you will remember.

We had an absolute blast on the Catamaran Cruise! It was so relaxing and the group we traveled with was so much fun. They partied/danced all the way there and back. We weren’t able to get off the boat at Rick’s Cafe due to water conditions, but we were taken back to Margaritaville where our shuttle bus took us to Rick’s Cafe. All in all we have an amazing time and the whole experience was definitely a vibe!🇯🇲🥰🤗

We had a time, had a time. From pick up at the resort, to getting on the vessel to arriving at Rick’s it was a non stop party. I had maybe a rum punch or 3 so my details are a little blurry but I danced, sung and enjoyed it tremendously. The staff was attentive. I will definitely do this excursion again next time I return to the island.

I have never been on a snorkeling trip and served chips. The boat seemed over capacity. There were a lot of people. People kept falling on the stairs. A woman cut her leg. No one had a towel to stop the bleeding. The snorkeling portion would have been nicer if we had bread to draw the fish out. Have the shuttle drivers distribute wristbands when he verifies the customer at pickup. We shouldn't have to stand in line to do this.

As our boat started to sail, it was a bit quiet and since I'm a Facebook Administrator of several groups, it was time to get people up and ready to dance and party, so I was given a whistle and WOW..... I Mc'd the entire time on our way to the Cafe, celebration shout outs, wedding shout outs , ppl drinking a little more, ppl came out their shells.... 99.2% of the ppl were actively participating Winning the twerk contest (#7) for a 63 year old lady was so AWESOME 🌹

Not worth it. They over sale the boat, not even a place to sit and enjoy the view. Couldnt stop at rick’s cafe because of the waves. I wanted to snorkel but because they over sale the boat, there were not equipment available.

We were messaged last minute(night before)that they wouldn’t be picking us up. It began raining and storming before boarding but they continued with the trip. Once on, we realized they completely over booked and there were too many people to the point you couldn’t move around. They served cheap liquor (as expected) and chips. The waters were too choppy from the rain so they cancelled the Rick’s Cafe portion on the Catamaran. They were friendly, but this was the worst excursion I’ve ever experienced.

Being on the Catamaran was such a great experience, the snorkeling was awesome, the people and crew were fun. Our experience with Captain Morgan was not good, he waited on some ladies to get on the bus, he kept saying rive more minutes and that turned into an hour, therefore we were only at Rick’s cafe for an hour and we had to leave without our food and drinks.

Issues: pickup transport left before the pickup time (we were there at p/u time but he was gone already) so we missed transport and had to hussle to get there; we were supposed to go on the smaller of 2 catamarans but while standing in line (our line was relatively small) we were told to move over to the huge mass of people standing in line for another catamaran (they had a different wrist band color than we did so we know we were not supposed to be on that boat, w/ no explanation as to why we had to combine people for 2 boats onto one; the boat was WAY too full w/ people standing due to lack of seats and we did not enjoy ourselves at all. Too many people. When we left the shore we saw the boat we were supposed to be on suddenly letting people on and leaving! When we were told to join the huge group (w/ a different color wrist band) we were given no reason and no opportunity for a refund or to rebook. Plus we're not sure why they advertise that you can get off at Rick's to have a drink - the water in that area generally has rough seas (most of the time) so of course they could not stop there. They offered to take you by bus there once we came back to the shore but that's a bit of a drive and inconvenient. All in all we would not recommend this activity. We did not enjoy ourselves.
