It was a lot of smoke from the Boat engine. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend that for Families with Kids. Of the other hand it was very value for the money we spent.

I enjoyed the entire trip with my family! My 6 year old was very nervous at first, but after 10 minutes of being on the boat he loved it. He was so excited to see the statue of Liberty. He is already asking to do it again. So I will be seeing you soon. ❤️❤️❤️

A Great Tour When Short in Time!

First the bad: there needs to be signage so that you know you are in the right place as there is another cruise on the same pier. We were checking with each other to see if we were in the correct location. This tour is on Pier 36 Dock 2 and it is with Majestic Cruises. They were also 30 minutes late. Now the good: It was a short tour and once we reached Lady Liberty, after giving one side of the ship time for photo ops, he turned to give the other side equal time. Then we headed back to the dock. Even with the lack of direction and the late start, I would still recommend this tour. Just give yourself time to find the meeting place have patience if they are late.

For being a newcomer got off on a rocky start no guidance on where we are to be to departure, but overall it was worth the wait the kids enjoyed it, the drinks on boat was great! The staff was friendly the bartender was amazing. We most likely will go again while we are in New York it was fun and relaxing. No issues with purchasing tickets or anything .

I wanted my 2 boys (6&11) to have a fun & learning experience in NYC for 1st time: Time Squares, Empire SB, Ground Zero, the Vessell, esp Statue of Liberty Weather forecasted sunny all week upto night of but drastically turned morning of travel with torrential downpour to our appt 4:30. Because of rain, traveling & traffic were totally delayed, backed up. Uber dropped us off exactly 4:33, less than 5 minutes late. The yacht was still at dock with minimal passengers. I’d asked 1 of the gentleman employee if me and my sons could board …along with another family. He totally ignored us, walking away in opposite direction, when came back towards us…all he could say was “6 o’clock repeatedly!!!” My 2 young boys stood there, totally soaked & shivered, but was determined to see St Liberty. 5 minutes trying to get another gentleman and he too ignored us! In my 20 years as a manager, I’ve never had or seen such ignorant, unprofessional & downright rude individuals esp. in the line of customer service, entertainment. Your company really need to reevaluate these gentlemen, how they deal with customers and representing your brand in such poor, bad manners!!! Additionally, I’s tried calling the customer service # and emailing since 1pm but unsuccessful. I would not recommend this tour to anyone else!!!
