This was a good trip but a bit early being the day after Thanksgiving as a lot of houses still putting up lights or not home.

If this does not make you want to start ordering more decorations and get you in the spirit I don't know what else will.

Arrived when not even dark Tour guide rushed around streets losing most of group. Food vans a rip off $10 for a bag of popcorn

I was really disappointed with this tour. We only spent an hour at the lights and I felt like to “rushed” to see 2 SMALL streets of lights. Reason being is we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for a couple that didn’t get back on the bus from the first bathroom break and that cut into our tour time. Why we stopped for bathroom break when there is a bathroom on the bus makes no sense. This tour picks you up, stops about 15 minutes down the road for a “bathroom break” then gets back on the road. Drops you at the lights, then picks you back up and takes what seems like the long way back and you spend almost 3 hours driving. Then we stopped again at a pier for 15 minutes. You would they would cut out the “extra stops” and give you more time at the actual event you paid to see and leave on time to ensure all guest get what they paid for. Super disappointed. Not worth what we paid and wouldn’t do it again.

Dyker was amazing. The driver and guide were really great and the sunset stop and stop near the bridge were added bonuses. Great way to spend our last night. Drop out point was great location too.

Very well organised trip. On time. Deter, our guide, was outstanding- very knowledgeable, interesting and really thoughtful about the needs of everyone in the group. Christmas lights were incredible. As you can imagine, it was extremely busy walking around the streets with lots of other groups doing the same but Deter was very flexible in his route choices to ensure we saw everything but still kept together safely as a group.

The tour was really wonderful we were not expecting the stop before to see sunset or after at Dumbo to see city light up at night. My only negative which is why I did 3 stars is the four was really rushed. I feel like the first and last drop needed extended at least by an additional 15 min as you barely had time to go to the bathroom and take photos. Also during the light tour it was a brisk pace so at times you barely could stop to take family photos and would have been nice to be able to stop at one of the food trucks for hot chocolate etc

It was a miserable night - cold and rainy. We are seniors and did not think about how many people would actually be trying to see the same homes at the same time while also needing to keep up with our tour guide. We were so worried about getting lost that we didn't feel that we had enough time to do much more than snap a photo and move on. No time or space to take a moment to actually be present and enjoy the lights. All that said, I cannot say enough good things about our tour guide, Antonio. He absolutely loves his job and that comes though clearly with all his knowledge and intimacy of the neighborhood and the people who live there. Antonio did his best to keep track of all of us and to make a lousy night more entertaining. Bless him, he is a treasure!

It was like Christmas lights on steroids. Wonderful yard displays, some very planned & tasteful, & some over the top & fun. What a great community tradition. Definitely having an experienced guide like Mike made the evening more enjoyable.

Our tour ended up on very cold night below zero with wind.Our tour guide was informative of the city on the bus but once off the bus felt like we were in a race If you stopped to look at houses you would lose the tour guide.Hot chocolate trucks were on the tour but she never said should we stop for a moment for anyone who would like to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate. Instead of enjoying the lights it was more keeping track of the tour guide and her light stick.My husband's back started to hurt so rested for a moment and was left behind thank God tour guide Fredrica gave us her # on bus had to call her to make sure was not left behind she did come back to get us.Disappointing having to watch where the guide was then looking at the houses and lights.

We were sooooo disappointed in this experience. We knew it was going to be cold and PLANNED and DRESSED for the cold, but our tour guide literally raced us through the experience- we were done in 36 minutes- because SHE was cold. We had NO time to stop and take pictures or dial it in- it was such a let down.
