What To Expect

For this nighttime helicopter tour of New York City, you can choose the departure time that best suits your schedule. Your helicopter flight takes off from Linden Municipal Airport in Linden New Jersey.

Once you’re at the airport, board your helicopter. Your pilot takes off, and flies you right over Newark International Airport toward Manhattan. From the Statue of Liberty to Time Square, experience views of New York City lit up at night. Other areas you pass include the Financial District, Brooklyn, Queens, Chelsea, the West Village, SOHO, and TRIBECA.

Famous sights you can catch a glimpse of while you ride include the Rockefeller Center, Columbus Circle, the Hudson River, the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the United Nations Headquarters.

After all the excitement, your helicopter lands down back at Linden Municipal Airport.

What an amazing experience. As a resident of NJ for 30 years, I got to see a whole new beautiful perspective of the city that I’ve never seen before. The crew was very professional and emphasized safety above all else. The pilot was very personable, informative and incredibly smooth. We were lucky to have clear skies and minimal wind on the evening that we went. Overall 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience and view of the city!

It was all very rushed,...

It was all very rushed, although we was early. The staff were in the phone to the pilot wanting to cancel the flight, the the pilot was happy to fly saying the weather was fine. Totally put me on edge. No time for photos which was very disappointing as we had paid a lot of money. Afterwards the staff got the coats & asked us to wait outside for 20 minutes! Luckily the lovely lady taxi driver was already there for us. We used Viator in Vegas for the helicopter trip & that was so much more enjoyable. A long journey each way to be very rushed! Happy with Viators service though & would book again.

Unhappy and won’t recommended if you don’t negotiate upfront

I’m really disappointed. My son picked this experience as his 18years birthday present and I wasn’t impressed about the experience. First we got the worst placement left and middle seats, while they give the front one to a kid and his grandpa got the left side near the window and the other couple got the right side both near the window. Let me precise that we got there first, this was a make up for canceled flight due to weather conditions and I’m 100% sure the grandpa and his grand son were unplanned. In addition, we had to wait for 30min for the chattel, no one give us an indication to how long we need to wait and we were outside waiting in cold weather.

The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the weights of all passengers in the flight. You can request a seat but we are unable to guarantee your seat in advance. We do believe the views from any seat are spectacular through our floor to ceiling windows and provide a great experience. We offer a free shuttle service to and from the Linden Train station. We email and call all passengers to advise that this service is by request only. If a passenger calls us, we are happy to send the shuttle over to them. I see according to our records that we had scheduled a 5:48pm shuttle pick up for you and that you confirmed the time via email. Our driver noted they picked you up at 5:54pm. Without a call, we had no way of knowing you had arrived earlier than planned.

The view is spectacular, but I felt very rushed through out the experience prior to getting on and getting of the helicopter. If you’d like to take pics this might not be the best company to use. I have no memories of taking this ride with my love one.

Once in a lifetime experience. Felt that it could have been longer so I could wander and meander around in mid air and be mesmerized by its bright lights. Called myself lucky I got the front seat, next to the pilot. The thrilling part was when he made a slight descend, overlooking Manhattan. Overall the night view is just spectacular. My only regret was not getting a proper photo shot which was $30 as stated on their desk.And the staff could have been more gracious if they made the offer.(not gonna blame them, it's 930pm on a Thursday anyway)

This was my teenage son’s dream, and as a teacher I worked extra hours to make it happen. He had an experience of a lifetime. Nathan was able to sit up front with the pilot. The ride was smooth, the view stunning, and the pilot’s commentary interesting. I was able to take a picture of Nathan in his seat after we landed. His smile said it all. My heart is full.
