Actual flight was a good experience and pilot very pleasant. However the whole ground experience lacked true organisation and communication. No safety talk other than instruction to board helicopter. Ground staff spent much of the time just grunting and waving their hands at customers creating significant confusion. Seemed to lack English speaking skills. Also lacked any personal touch was like a battery hen experience

Dissapointing

There were supposed to be pictures made in front of the helicopter, but the ground workers changed all the time and were uncoordinated. So no one took pictures before or after the flight. The flight itself was ok, but my Headset was so entangled with the seatbelt, that taking care of that made me almost miss the Statue of liberty. Overall I would not do it again, they seemed uninteressted in making a good experience, propably knowing, that everybody only does this once and not depending on returning costumers.

Overall ok, but too short

Overall the tour was okay, there have been no major hitches. The heli flies over the Hudson river, thus there were nice views over Manhattan. However I would not really recommend the tour - we have been only 7 minutes in the air instead of the advertised 12-15 minutes. Taking into account that flying in one direction was half of this time, there was not much time to take picture. Similar pictures could have also been taken from different viewpoints in the city, thus the tour was not worth the price for us in the end.
