A professional driver picks you up at your Manhattan hotel or residence and takes you directly to the airport of your choice—JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark International Airport (EWR), or La Guardia Airport (LGA).

Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan or SUV for up to five passengers, then relax as your driver handles the traffic and delivers you and your luggage to the airport on time. Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please provide accommodation and flight details when making your booking. Receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan.

Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

Poor car maintenance and lack of English skills

The initial car sent was in terrible condition and broke done in transit to the airport. The drivers English was so bad we Could not effectively communicate with him and when he called his dispatcher for a replacement car neither could dispatch.

While I had to reach out directly to confirm they did respond in a timely manner. I put pick up time and location in booking but for some reason I had to do it again. Minor irritation but everything was confirmed. Driver was earlier than expected which was nice but I ended up at airport way earlier than needed. Driver was courteous if not friendly and never really spoke to me except to remind me several times that tolls and tips were not included. I even attempted to have a conversation but got no responses. Now to be fair it was 3 am but a good morning at least would have been nice. After arrival at airport(JFK) he again reminded me that tolls and tips weren’t included without telling me how much the toll was. I had to ask, I believe it’s normally $9 but he said $10 so that’s what I gave him. Now I’m normally a decent tipper it’s almost always 20 percent for service but the fact that this guy only spoke to ask for toll AND tip (several times) rubbed me the wrong way so I paid the toll and left it at that. So for the company I say they’re fine and will get you where you need to go on time but that driver might need some lessons in customer service. Now if language was a barrier which didn’t really seem the case since gps map was all in English then maybe letting one know upfront might help. I also tried to give grace since it was very early but if I can be courteous and friendly on 1 hour of sleep then I expect at the very least a good morning

Filthy vehicle!

Vehicle (older Toyota) was absolutely filthy inside and outside. Even hotel employee told the driver to go clean the car! The suspension system was terrible- on every bump I felt like to undercarriage was going to drop off! For the price ($105 plus $20 toll) I expected more. There was no way I was giving a tip to the driver!

The vehicle requested came and the price is ok. But had to confirm on the day itself if it will arrive. Driver is non English speaking and had to look for him as he parked in the wrong hotel. He did not call to advice that he was already waiting somewhere, probably because of difficulty in communicating; which will give bad to clients.
