What To Expect

Ease the stress of switching airports while making a connection in New York with a private airport transfer. A professional driver will pick you up at the airport where your first flight arrives—John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan for up to five passengers, then relax as your driver handles the traffic and delivers you and your luggage to the New York-area airport where your next flight segment departs. 

Please provide arrival and departure flight and airport details when making your booking. You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Please note: This is an inter-airport transfer service and is not suitable for travel to NYC hotels or private residences.

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan.

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan
  • Not wheelchair accessible

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Despite NY Fog making our connection perilously short we made because our car was waiting exactly where were directed, with a card in the window with our name on to eliminate any problems. Loaded up he knew the roads, took the right choices clearly and we were at the Airport with a few minutes to spare and we made our flight. Thanks!

That the driver actually knew where jfk was. He asked for 40 dollars to take us to a hotel by jfk but had no idea how to get to the hotel on rockaway Blvd. Car was clean and he drove safely and helped with luggage.

I paid for a service I never received

I had a reservation with Viator to transfer between JFK and LaGuardia airport on 08/20/2022 at 9:30. It took longer to get out of the security checks. I called the operator and I was informed that my first reservation was canceled and it is going to take more than 45 min for the other driver to show up. I took the yellow cab, and I never received any follow on why I did not receive the service I paid for. Terrible.

Our driver arrived in time and delivered to the Newark airport with no issues. That’s what we expected and the company delivered. You will also pay for all the tolls on the roads and bridges so that adds another $60 to the cost. It’s written in the fine print so don’t be surprised.
