Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shows. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee from $25.00

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Disappointing tour

It was raining very heavy and there would be no view and we did not go and couldn't get our money back.

Overall good just be prepared at security.

Before going we checked for any dress code, etc. My girlfriend wanted to wear heels but it was not allowed. At the security there is a sign of what is not allowed which included stiletto heels. I was very disappointed that they took her pepper spray and later saw 3 women with stiletto heels and no shoe coverings. Otherwise it was a good experience with excellent views and a relatively good flow from floor to floor.

We have no tour guide but our experience is Amazong my Gosh 102 floor and 1776 feet so atop a beautiful view of the city 360 ..I love it ..so brand new building and a must go during your visit to NY NY

At the entrance, security singled my husband out..did a rather embarrassing check , contents of his bag all over counter, nearly 10 minutes, while other backpackers were just waived through..no explanation of why they did that thorough search on him only. Getting to the experience only the elevator was a good experience. It was cloudy and rainy and we could not see any skyline. It would have been good if they had allowed us to reschedule because the whole point of the summit is the view and it was 0%. All the way from across the world for this horrible experience, would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

I suffer from vertigo and petrified of heights. My party all wanted to go so I didn't want to be the party pooper. Anyway we did the night-time experience and I didn't find it too daunting as long as I didn't look down lol.. A daytime experience I wouldn't have been able to do it.. The party had a ball absolutely loved it they said, we are all aged between 56 and 69 so not just for the youngsters...

The line was really long. In the description it said skip the line but we had to wait over 2 hours to get in and we showed up at our ticketed time

Let me start off by saying that i am TERRIFIED of heights. I have such a fear of high altitudes and i came to SUMMIT by myself. I had already gone up Top of the Rock & One World Trade Center and was still struggling with heights, but i had at least gone with 2 ppl to calm my nerves. SUMMIT was the first building i was taking on alone. However, i had such a blast despite my anxieties. They have these cool rooms where you can play with soft silver balls. In another room the floor and ceiling are mirrors which was trippy. I couldn’t brave the area where you can stand on see through glass .. the thought of looking down to see how high up i was would have given me a heart attack. All in all, the experience was wonderful. I almost forgot to mention that right before you go up the elevators, you are taken into a room that shows you a history video of SUMMIT. It’s really cool. If it weren’t for my fear of heights, I’d also say that the elevator ride up to the top was epic. Anyway, pls consider this observation deck if you’re ever in NYC. I know Empire State Building is popular, but this one is better.

Poorly organised, poorly trained and rude staff. Security card just taping on the table and not actually speaking so no idea what she wanted me to do. Over crowded and that wasn’t art! Overall felt like I was being treated like cattle. If you want to pay to see the view then go somewhere else!

I really enjoyed the ballon room. It was so much fun and filled with such good energy. Tons of different ways to take pictures. I took so many it’s hard to choose. The view of the city is definitely something beautiful. I would definitely like to go back but to experience it at night time.

A really fun and worthwhile experience. We came at night and we're worried that we wouldn't be able to see and appreciate much of the Manhattan skyline at night - boy were we wrong! My husband and I had some Ch a fun date night here! Beats the other touristy NYC trips and definitely better than the Empire State.
