There are no reservations necessary from the airport to the hotel. After claiming luggage and clearing customs, passengers must proceed to GROUND TRANSPORTATION DESK in their arriving terminal and present this voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions. If an agent is unavailable at the Ground Transportation Desk, pick up a courtesy phone at the nearby transportation phone bank and dial #18 for GO Airlink NYC.

It was very easy to got the taxi an everybody was friendly.
Apart from the 25 min wait after checking in at the transportation desk, there were no issues.
All great things when you land in a city late at night, jet lagged and ready to sleep.
