After claiming luggage and clearing customs, passengers must proceed to GROUND TRANSPORTATION DESK in their arriving terminal and present this voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions. If an agent is unavailable at the Ground Transportation Desk, pick up a courtesy phone at the nearby transportation phone bank and dial #18 for GO Airlink NYC.

It was very easy to got the taxi an everybody was friendly.
Apart from the 25 min wait after checking in at the transportation desk, there were no issues.
All great things when you land in a city late at night, jet lagged and ready to sleep.

HORRIBLE!!!!

It was awful. I called the place from the welcome center like instructed. Was told to wait there and they would be there in 15-20 min. About half an hour went by and I called again. I was told that the driver was at the airport, just picking up other passengers first and would be there shortly. A few minutes later I got a text from what I’m assuming was the driver telling me he was 10 MILES away and it would be 22 minutes till arrival. 10 minutes later I got a text from a DIFFERENT driver saying he was 7.2 miles away and would be 15 minutes. I called from the welcome center desk for a THIRD time, and was told that the driver was there at terminal 1 (I was at terminal 4) and he would be there soon. Then I got ANOTHER message from the driver saying he was still 7.2 miles away and would he 22 minutes. All of these messages were coming through when the representative I spoke to on the MULTIPLE times on the phone said the driver was already at the airport!!! I called AGAIN. Kept getting told that the driver was at the airport just picking up other passengers. Almost TWO HOURS went by, and finally one of the drivers who was sent there to pick up a different group offered to give me a ride. I can’t not believe how ridiculous this was. I will be calling Viator today. I want a partial refund for this transfer I booked due to the completed unprofessionalism and disorganization of this company. Im also going to demand some form of reassurance that this won’t happen on Thursday when I need to be picked up and taken back to the airport to catch my flight to the UK. i have contacted this company via email asking for a partial refund, AND some kind of reassurance that my transfer Thursday will go much smoother. As it is now, I will be asking them to pick me up extra early on Thursday so I don’t run into any problems getting to the airport on time in case this company screws up again. If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!!! Don’t book them!!! (My driver that ended up taking me with his other groups was absolutely wonderful though, and super helpful. He couldn’t believe what was happening to me either)

The transfert never arrived at JFK I ´m waoting for the refoud... We had to get a cab Bobody at the point of stay in JFK The phone numbers says 20' almost 4 time...

We arrived in JFK on the 26th of December and we expected to have a transfer there, but the driver never showed up. When we called the company, they said that there was no reservation in my name, which was false because I had paid before coming to New York. We spent one hour in the cold waiting for a Uber. Terrible service!
Horrible service! Don’t use unless you want to be stuck at the airport with no ride to your hotel.

When we got to jfk we called like the sign said and the person we got ahold of said no one was near the airport and he would have to call someone and that it would be 40-45 minutes. No one came! We called again, same story. No one came again. Third call led to a transfer to some one that said that they didn’t even have our reservation and that they could get someone to come out but it would be awhile. At that point I said to not bother. We found another way to the hotel and cancelled our reservation for pickup from the hotel to jfk. Worst service ever and lesson learned. I would like my money back!

Started my trip terribly. My transfer to hotel picked our family from airport 1 1/2 after arrival. Got to my hotel 3 hrs after arriving at airport. Almost missed my reservation at the Empire State Building. Would not recommend shared. I’ve always booked with Viator and this is my first disappointment . Will stick to private transfers like before.

I had to call 4 times before any agent found my reservation after arriving at JFK. Then I was told can pickup would be 15-20 minutes. I waited over an hour and then called in again. Once van arrived servic was great but waiting so long was very very inconvenient since I had to stand the entire time at the Welcone Center in terminal 5

Arrived at JFK on time, rang for booked and paid for shuttle only to be told by the GO-link shuttle company they had no details of any bookings from Viator and did not have any vehicles attending JFK for the rest of the evening…..you had better get a taxi!! Appalled.!!

We waited over an hour for this shuttle. The driver came in to the terminal and would not have found us if I didn't run after him to stop him. He didn't help us with the luggage to the van, only put it in the van once we got there. The van itself was in very bad shape and the driver didn't turn on the heat, it was freezing. I was sitting in the back row of the van and everytime the driver put more luggage in the back, it pushed into my back and pushed my seat forward. We were the last riders to be dropped off. From the time we called for pick up, to the time we were dropped off it was around 3 hours. Incredibly dissatisfied.

How disappointing to travel all the way from the UK to NYC to wait in an airport for over an hour & a half to be picked up!!! phoned the company 3 times asking where our pickup was with no luck!!!! everyone on this shared transfer where late pickups, good job the driver Anderson was a nice guy & we tipped him, Poor company to use... The only bad part of our amazing trip, We cancelled our return journey, just in case we ended up missing our flight home...

I arrived at airport and was one of the first to get through passport and collect bags. I phoned to let Viator know I had arrived. I was told I would be picked up soon. Twenty five minutes later I phoned again to find where my lift was and was asked to hold while they looked to find driver…. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and even wen I put the phone down I couldn’t redial as the line remained on hold. I ended up getting a cab ( by now the terminal was empty of all passengers on my flight) and took a cab that was barely more than your service. I will never book with you again and as a 62 year old travelling on my own I have never felt more vulnerable

I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle calling every 15 minutes and always being assured it would be there "in 10 minutes". It never came and I ended up taking a taxi in order to make my event.

I checked in as directed, was told there would be a 30 to 45 minutr wait..at 1.5 hours I had called multiple times, and was told everytime it would be another 29 to 30 minutes. I finally got a Lyft

Thé instructions were clear that no reservation need to be made in advance, but when I arrived at JFK no car was available and it took one hour to get one. You have better time to just grab a cab.

I would not recommend this service. I arrived in NYC around 9PM. I called them upon getting my luggage and was told that the driver was about 30 mins away. While on the phone, I asked where am I supposed to meet the drive and I was told to go outside. 30 mins passed and I called back. I was told that the driver was 15-20 mins away and that I should be waiting inside near the welcome center. 15-20mins passed again and I was told that the driver was “on the property”. At this point I asked the operator to stay on the phone with me until the driver arrived which was another 15 mins. I also asked for a refund because at this point I was waiting for over 2hrs. I was told I could not get a refund because the driver was already dispatched. My conclusion is that this service do not have drivers on site waiting for you upon arrival. Once you call, they dispatch the driver who appears to be 30mins to an hour away. Be prepared to wait for your driver at least 30mins as this is not a true reservation where your ride is waiting on you when you arrive. My cousin arrived the next day and had a morning flight. Her experience with them was the same. 2 hrs waiting for the service to pick her up. If you value you’re time, just pay the additional amount for an Uber/Lyft/taxi. I was so ready to just pay the $80 to catch another ride immediately but I had already wasted 2hrs waiting so I sucked it up.

Kept calling the telephone number and each time promised shuttle was on its way Eventually the shuttle arrived after 2HOURS!! Not a good start to my trip. I have used Viator for years and this is the first time I have been let down so badly. All the other passengers were also v angry The driver however was really sweet and was getting told off by the passengers which wasn’t fair
