What To Expect

Make your way over to Chelsea Piers at midday and then stop onto the Bateaux New York to start this relaxing 2-hour lunch cruise. Take a stroll around the boat's all-glass design, offering the ultimate in sightseeing, including 180-degree views of New York City.

And then make your way to your table. As the boat cruises down the Hudson River take note of some of the landmarks you're passing: from the Renzo Piano-designed Whitney Museum of American Art to One World Trade Center to the Statue of Liberty. Eventually, as the boat turns toward the East River, get a great view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge.

The whole cruise service was absolutely wonderful ! they really make this day very special for all of us . The atmosphere on cruise was elegant and beautiful views it was just a cherry on the cake. The sights were wonderful. The food was surprisingly good! A couple of glitches with the bill but everything got worked out. The staff were delightful. Specifically, we would have preferred Chardonnay by the glass and cream for the coffee. Not much to complain about!

Great tour but I wish it would go around the entire “island”. The server didn’t put us by the window and I ASK FOR IT AND ASKED ON MY RESERVATION. The food was great, portion on the smaller size but very taste. Server was okay, I had better service in NYC, plus they don’t accept Amex card which is inconvenient for me.

My most memorable experience on the lunch, sightseeing cruise is that the waitress was dismissive and rude. I asked to be seated in a Nother area and I had to ask five times. I would not recommend this cruise because of the service. It’s a very expensive lunch.

The staff were professional and friendly. I was deceived by the advertising. No buffet lunch or favorable choices for the 3. Course lunch a few argula leaves with a drop of tomato and watermelon, baked chicken breast or veggie dish 5 string beans. mash potato with sauce cheesecake dessert . Tour guide / piano person playing golden oldies she was kind clear speaking and knowledgeable. Boring ride but the weather was good. The Over price did not match the experience. Dont go. Thank God for a safe journey

This is the 3rd experience I've booked from Viator and it didn't disappoint! My birthday lunch cruise was fabulous even in the rain. The tickets were easy and I always feel VIP when I present. The meal was LOVELY and tasty and the piano player was a surprise treat! And Lady Liberty was grand! I love Viator!

The cruise was awesome as was the weather, but I will not do anymore dealings with Viator as they are greedy heartless people. I booked an earlier snorkeling trip thru the as well for early August in Key West. After traveling the day before to key West while at the height of the COVID pandemic and in the epicenter two members woke that morning with mild symptoms. While we were all vaccinated we thought to do the right thing and not go on o boat with many other people and breathe in a shared snorkel. When i called to inform them they cancelled my reservation but would not refund my money due to their "strict refund policy". So much for doing the right thing.
