Jacob was a fantastic tour guide! Great historical and fun facts along the way plus good conversation with all the tour members. Donuts were amazing and loved the opportunity to try new flavors I may not have otherwise (but traditional flavors always available for less adventurous tastes). Everyone should take a donut tour!

So much fun. Jacob was awesome. He provided neat tidbits about the city and architecture, in a well paced and delicious tour. This is my second Underground Donut Tour (Chicago 2022), both have been fantastic. A great way to see less touristy parts of the city AND eat fantastic donuts.

Tour guide never showed up. Had to keep reaching out to the hotline to get updates on where the person was and was told they were there on one call and then the next that they weren’t coming. Haven’t heard back regarding refund.

The fact that we tries donuts that we wouldn't normally have chosen was an eye opener, especially the one with the olive oil and black pepper frosting, which was surprising nice. Our guide Josie was lovely and very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the areas we walked through.

Somewhat disorganized…two guides didn’t really get along. Bathrooms were promised at one of the stops…and weren’t available.

This was not only an amazing tour of some fabulous and unique doughnuts , but a very wonderful tour to learn many interesting things about the neighborhood and their history. We also thoroughly enjoyed seeing many interesting architectural buildings and cool street art that we would never have known about. We had an amazing time. We can't wait to try another doughnut tour ! Can't say enough wonderful things about Missy. She went above and beyond and was so lovely to be around. She had a great spirit , was extremely informative as well as willing to give great tips , and showed an obvious love for NYC !
