Amigo Tours will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own. We can try to get one if you let us know well in advance.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Lovely experience

Not enjoyable tour

The states/cities were lovely itself. Aware that it takes a while to get around it’s sad to only be in the cities for an hour each. The tour guide was difficult to understand as English wasn’t his first language. It seemed he was reading from his phone on what he was saying and was quite robotic. It got to a point where everyone stopped listening to him and was having their own conversation on the bus. The bus was worn and because it was raining the water was leaking in and had soaked some of the seats. Overall not a great experience on the tour but the cities were nice to visit. I would suggest visiting the cities and staying one night, to enjoy and understand the culture and history.

Worst Experience Ever in Trip! Please Take Other Tour

Starting the bus was several minutes late because the tour guy got to the place in a taxi. The bus moved without warning at the tour's second stop leaving me stranded on the National Mall at 10:30 am. I only had my camera, phone, and license. However, I left my wallet with my passport inside on the bus. I call the only number available on the website and google. I did not receive any answer. I waited three hours to receive a response. I am underage and travel alone on tour. I have no choice but to move independently to get my passport back. Luckily my parents sent money to pay for the ticket on the train from Washington to Philadelphia by Amtrak to see the bus again at the last stop near the Rocky Monument. Finally, I waited for them for two hours until the bus arrived after making three hours of travel on the train. The ticket cost $183 plus a $1 bus to get to the station in Washington. I wanted a refund for the trip because I was barely on the bus. The agency did not care about the situation and did not refund anything. I spent $351 in total. They sent me what the tour guy said, and he was lying, and I have proofs to show it. Please don't let this happen to you. If you want to go to Washington, there're better options. They don't care about the customer; save yourself money and time. This trip should be banned from the platform.

It was a good trip saw everything you needed to see Arlington cemetery would of been good to add as there was nothing to see in Philadelphia after the rocky steps and the liberty bell 🛎 as the place we stopped at to have coffee was practically empty!! Also don’t think the coach driver should of been eating his sandwich while driving that was a worry although he was pretty good at it as both his hands were off the wheel more than once !! Not good

The guide was not fluent in English, did not understand everything, he mostly talked to us in Spanish. He talked in Spanish first, only then in English… I just want to kindly remind that we’re in the United States, not anywhere else. After the departure at 5am the guide kept talking and we were not able to get any rest… There was not any time typically for lunch or diner. The bus was old and a little bit dingy.

This is a very good 1 day tour to visit 3 states (including the short stop in Delaware). Janette is very informative and helpful, she’s aware of everything that would make the day worthy. Abysmal experience

Very confusing information on pick up point meant we missed the trip- even native new Yorkers couldn't identify the location . The taxi apparently dropped us at wrong location. There are at least 3 Lids stores in times square area. We tried the contact phone number at 5am but nobody answered, this meant we could not rush round to the correct location for bus. We were accosted by several homeless guys as we waited for 45 minutes from 4.45 am - a very disturbing experience for 2 females. We requested but were refused a refund, our reason being lack of someone picking up phone on contact number. Very disappointed as we have used Viator before with no problems
