It was ok, due to the weather a lot of shops were closed. Some shops ok but the staff seemed rude, Unable to smile and sarcastic comments. Did not feel 100% welcome. The company who operated the bus service - ok. However the drivers erratic driving did make me feel incredibly travel sick, and also we were not dropped off at the meeting point as described in the tour.

I wasn't given a ticket to come back by the agent in New York . I was told by the driver on arrival that I could show my booking receipt and that would be ok . The driver of the return coach said I couldn't get on without my return ticket . Left me standing in the pouring rain while he rang someone who said they didn't have my name at all . Then let me on but,said if the seat was needed I would have to get off. I'm a senior female and was on my own . A couple also had no ticket . He left them behind . To say I am disgusted is an understatement.
