This year we found it very expensive and most of the goods were the same price as in the City.

Good but room for improvement

The actual outlet centre is awesome however the instructions on how to find rhe bus was very poor. We did not realise we had to go to the ticket office to get actual tickets. Proper.instructions om.tnr booking should be given.

The transportation is not comfortable

I could have bought the ticket for the bus station directly for a cheaper price. The instructions was not clear since there was counter have a sign of the operator. However the bus was with no Wi-Fi or power charge. The out let was nice if you were lucky and found something to buy you would need around 4 hours there.

The trip itself was good and I would have given the trip 5 stars if complete information was provided at the time of booking. When we arrived with the tickets that Viator provided the bus was loading and leaving in 10 mins, however, that was not the right ticket. Once there we were told that you actually have to change the ticket over to a paper ticket at their counter which can be done on the 1st floor (We were on the 4th floor). So now my husband along with other ppl that were turned away had to go running through the bus terminal to switch the ticket and try to make it back to the bus in 10 mins. Long story short, he made it back in literally 10 mins exactly, only for us to be told that the bus only had 1 seat left. 🤬 Next, the gate attendant stated that she was going to get a backup driver for the “straggler's” (her words). She returned and stated that Crystal would be pulling up soon. By this time it’s about 20 more ppl that bought tickets for the same time slot we purchased for, which makes no sense if that time slot could not hold the number of ppl that bought tickets. Anywho, I digress. Crystal pulled up, we loaded on the bus and it was a smooth ride from there. She had a very pleasant demeanor and got us there without any other hiccups. Moral of the story Viator, give CLEAR instructions on what to do b4 and after tickets are purchased. Also, let ppl know that they should arrive about 30 mins before departure to secure a seat because the bus only holds 54 ppl.

Don't take coach USA, worst Bus company, I ordered tickets for 10:30am, they make us all wait til 1pm!!!!! This is unbelievable, unacceptable! We had a baby with us, on our way back too, we had to wait in the cold for 1 hour. Take the woodburry bus Don't take COACH USA from viator, the busses are old and the plugs doesn't work. NE VOYAGEZ PAS AVEC COACH USA, CEUX SONT DES VOLEURS, ILS VONT VOUS FAIRE ATTENDRE DANS LE FROID ET LES BUS SONT DEGUEULASSE. VOYAGEZ AVEC WOODBURRY BUS, ILS ONT LEUR PROPRES BUS ET C MOINS CHER

Don’t get it - the tickets are invalid and nowhere to be found in the database. There’s no one from the company located in Port Authority bus terminal that you can talk to, the hotline doesn’t work so we had to buy new tickets from Coach themselves (which are also way cheaper, btw). Don’t recommend and I hope I get a refund.

I went to the ticket office 1 hour before departure and when scanning the ticket it did not work and hence my whole day was destroyed. The lady behind the counter asked to contact viatour but viatour has poor customer service and has not replied yet. I tried to scan the ticket twice without luck. This is a scam and do not recommend it at all and want my Money Back for two tickets.

Do not use this service! These tickets/qr code is not redeemable. We were unable to use these tickets and had to buy new tickets via the coach service. The coach company informed us that we were not the first ones to have this problem and in fact this has been an ongoing problem for them. Hugely disappointed by this company. I’m still awaiting a refund for the tickets I could not use.
