Disappointing trip

I was told when I booked it that it was on a sailboat and it was not on a sailboat. It was a double decker tour boat. I was also told it was 2 hours long and it was only an hour and 15 minutes long. When I asked the lady that checked us in she was rude and just said “Nope it’s not a sailboat”. I would not have been nearly as upset if I hadn’t called to be sure it was on a sailboat and talked to 2 different people. And a very small mimosa. Additional drinks were $11.00 for 6oz.

The trip to RI was a last minute trip from New York and just what we needed to clear our minds. The Lighthouse and Mimosa Cruse of Narragansett is by far the most comfortable, educational and welcoming we have done this summer. The crew was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Don't use Viator booking

The cruise was probably wonderful. However Viator had a "glitch" in the system and did not book it properly. Do not use Viator to book tours in Newport. Our other tour was canceled supposedly to bad weather. Then we find out someone got a stake through their chest boasting the boat. Awful experience!

The tour was fantastic. Complimentary drink on arrival, everyone was incredibly friendly. I especially enjoyed the amazing lady providing us all the info about different things we were seeing. It was a pleasant viewing experience from inside the boat, on the back of the boat, the front and top deck—didn’t matter where you were standing it provided an amazing view.
