We waited half an hour and no one ever showed up. We called the dispatch number and kept getting a voicemail. We final called the third party booking company to find out they cancelled the trip. I did not get a cancellation call, text, or email. In fact I keep getting emails and texts asking how the trip was. CANCELED!!!!! That’s how is was.

No go. No fun. Called and texted four times.

Justin was a great companion and story teller on our adventure. He was also funny and a great “driver”. Loved the experience of seeing city in this way. Also …surprisingly comfortable seats. My rear end and back were completely stable and pleased. Wear layers though! It gets cool in the evenings.

I purchased this tour on Friday for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10th for two adults. The tour operator never showed up. I tried numerous times getting in touch with someone via the phone number and via the texting option within the app. I have still yet to hear from anyone. Someone needs to contact me soon to get a refund. I definitely do not recommend this company

There was no experience, petty cab driver never picked us up, we arrive a half an hour before designated time at the exact spot they told us to meet him at, he never showed up we were charged $300 and they never showed up to take us to the historic Newport mansions, we waited for over an hour for the petty cab driver, and they never showed up!

“THIS” was so enjoyable. We were a party of 4 and we had 2 delightful, knowledgeable guides! We were picked up at 23 America’s Cup Ave and it was very convenient parking. I would recommend fitting pedicab in your trip to Newport!
