Super informative! Russell was an awesome guide and funny too! Cool hearing about the mansions as we drove by them. Got time to snap photos too.

Open Air Tour--Great for taking pics!

It was great to find this open air trolley in Newport. Weather was cloudy and chilly but I like the concept of open air wherever I travel. The guide stopped in all the right places and announced the stops beforehand so I could point and shoot. The mansions in Newport are all gems to see and open air is the only way to go!

Viator did not synchronize correct time with the tour bus!! Panic set in, especially sunce the parking options are limited and we could've been fined $40!! Luckily the tour company was sympathetic and placed us on a combined bus for a later tour. Will NOT book using Viator ever again! We lost 1 hour of our trip!

The synching issue has since been fixed and it's safe to book on Viator. This open air tour is a new addition to our line-up and this customer was one of the first bookings before the "bugs" were fixed in the booking app.
