What To Expect

After pickup from your Niagara Falls hotel, sit back and relax during the drive to the Upper Niagara River. During the outing, pick up history and lore about Niagara Falls from your guide on board.

Your itinerary includes the greatest hits of Niagara Falls sightseeing. Along the Niagara Parkway, see the Floral Clock, photographed almost as often as the falls. Snap shots of the Old Scow, the Giant Whirlpool, Horseshoe Falls, Goat Island and the Whirlpool Rapids.

Upon arrival at Niagara Falls, step aboard a Niagara City Boat for your cruise that gets you tantalizingly close to the base of the falls.

At Journey Behind the Falls, watch one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crash into the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water cascade over the brink every second, traveling 40 miles per hour (65 kmh).

For a bird’s-eye view of the action, hop into a helicopter that swoops over the falls (tickets can be purchased at a discounted price).

Your tour ends with drop-off back at your hotel.

Great except for Fabio

The skip the line tour behind the falls and Hornblower boat were excellent, with no waiting and an exhilarating experience. Our tour guide/driver Gary was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. The buffet lunch at the Crowne Plaza was good value for money and a decent selection of food. We were paired with another group whose guide was Fabio - he was rude, abrasive, insulting and continuously shouting at the group, so much so that our family and another family left the tour after lunch as we did not want to endure any more of his horrible and demeaning behavior.

The Tour bus was overbooked. one guy sat on a lunch cooler next to driver. My wife and I didn't even get to sit with each other. ABSOLUTLEY no COVID-19 procedures were followed. the guy I had to sit next to on the bus didn't wear his mask. several of the passengers were mask less. the bus driver never once wore a mask on the bus.. We did NOT need proof of vaccination for the tour. the bus driver broke several traffic laws was even passing cars unsafely. The lunch at the Secret Garden was the worst food in Niagara Falls. we were served cold cream of broccoli soup made by Campbells. the Chicken Parm as they called it had no cheese and was a pre-made chicken patty that was extremely "woody" the spaghetti was cold and over cooked. the only good part was the Hornblower boat ride. I would actually rate this experience a negative 5

The objectives were fulfilled. The guide was informed. Other guests agreeable. Would have preferred more area tour. Will not recommend tunnels, white water walk to future guests. A little not a lot of time saved by not buying tickets. Loved the area. Exposure to guide caused us to get out and explore.

Tom gave us an awesome tour of the falls and the city. He shared lots of stories about the history and people involved in the locations we saw. We never had to wait in a line. We got far more done than we could have even seen and done if we had done it on our own. We have been on the road visiting the northeastern USA and Canada and our tour with Tom was the best single day of our trip.

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable of the entire area. We got to see the major things that their are to see including riding the Hornblower, which is the Canadian side version of the Maid of the Mist, the Floral Clock and Niagara on the Lake. This tour DOES NOT include Behind the Falls attraction which I thought it did. Their were only a total of 6 of us on the tour and that made it very easy to ask questions and hear what was going on.

First of all they were 1 hour late to get us when I called they they sent tour guide to get us we were overlooked no big deal was dropped at first site with instructions and a pick up time all was good till the van didn't have room for us.Basicly we were left at the site to find our way home we could not ride on the van waiting for our refund

Our driver was amazing, but you can save your money by renting a car and go sightseeing yourself. You can also just get the tickets for the boat tour. I would not recommend this tour, but once again, our driver was great.

The tour was really nice! First of all, there were only 7 of us (an Australian family of 6 + me). I really like small groups since it's easier to catch up and stay together. Secondly, our guide, Fabio, was AMAZING. Super friendly, punctual, informative and had a great sense of humor. 6 stars :)
