Niagara Falls was so beautiful and we’d do it again. Everything with viator was almost perfect . Just a little glitch, but it all worked out. We’ve used them before and will use their services again.

Tom gave us a complete history of the Niagara Falls area, in a very entertaining manner. Almost all of the major attractions were included in our tour package.

We were up in Niagara Falls, ON for the long weekend and this tour was perfect to see/do everything there’s in a day. It was a small group of 16 people, drove around and saw bunch of landmarks, got to hear the history from a local tour guide. We went to behind the falls, maid of mist, saw the whirlpool and the flower clock and finished by going up the Skylon tower. It was definitely worth it, recommend to everyone especially if you don’t have a lot of time to figure out the logistics.

The journey behind the falls was amazing. We enjoyed the tour. Fabio was a great tour guide and took us to lots of places not listed which was great. Well worth the price.

The falls are beautiful, no question, and the guide was very knowledgeable. But we got the bait and switch. We were told AT the first stop that the boat ride was cancelled. That was all we and a few other couples came for. Then they said well how about some lunch instead? The restaurant was terrible, the food sub par and does NOT make up for the boat ride. Saheed was so nice to us and tried working with us the whole time. But not good to try to negotiate a refund while in the middle of a tour. If we were told AHEAD of time, we could make other arrangements. Nobody's fault directly, can't be helped if things shut down due to Covid, but the way it was handled and the expense of the boat ride as compared to that terrible lunch. Not worth it!
