Expensive. But a nice experience.

Did it for my mom; she enjoyed it. She had never been in a helicopter before. So we thought an aerial view of the falls would be perfect. It was hard to hear the audio. Got some really good photos. Don't like the photo part of it. It was expensive enough for the flight, not to mention having to pay a small fortune for memories of it.

Amazing experience ! The spectacular view from high above is stunning and the helicopter ride itself was in our to-do list which we checked it off.
Pilot are well trained and safety measures are ensured by the entire team as expected.

Too expensive for nothing, only took 7 minutes and not very close to the fall. If you are charging 30$/min give people good experience.

Absolutely brilliant. Our pilot was very professional and safety driven. No sudden take off No jerking while in the air. A very smooth enjoyable flight. This was my first ever helicopter flight, but not my last. I intend to call out tomorrow to the air field for a repeat experience The shop has quality merchandise and very friendly and helpful staff

The flight itself was great... the helicopter was perfect, views spectacular. Couple things that could have been better:
1. We got no notice that our flight was canceled do to weather. Luckily we weren't staying far AND we had time to come the next day. Even so, I think it's just poor practice not to notify someone that the service they paid for isn't happening. The only communication I got before the ride was canceled was a link to this survey asking how you had done. Ironic ;)
2. The next day I called the number I was told to call the day before to ask if the weather was flyable. I was told it was so we came in. The people at the site weren't sure that we could fly. In the end it turned out OK and we went up but it felt like the coordination and communication could be better.
3. There are no noise canceling ear phones for adults. So kids have them, pilot has them - I was the only one without. Seems weird that you don't feel the need to protect all passengers' hearing.
4. This was the kids first rides and there was no intro, no explanation about how it would be. We were rushed on (although of course there was time for a commemorative photo) and rushed out.
5. As soon as we got out of the helicopter, the kids didn't even have one second to share their thoughts or express their excitement before we rushed into the photo room. This really took away from the whole experience as it broke the magic of the moment and turned it into yet another commercial transaction.
