The 3-hour promise of a journey is a misrepresentation. Save your money. Complaints are disregarded. I am still waiting for a call back after I was left behind to find my way to my hotel after a trip of barely 2 hours. This is after they delayed me for over 15 minutes picking me up at my hotel before the commencement of the journey. I will never use Magnificient Tours nor will I recommend it to anybody.

Our Guide was John from magnificent tours, he was friendly and upbeat and had loads of interesting facts and stories. He was great with the kids who loved the tour. Great to skip some queues for attractions and x3 hours was just right for us.

Got picked up from our hotel and our tour began right there. Our guide Tony was an experienced and knowledgable guide, he's provided a lot of history and stories about the falls to us. The line up was long at the tunnel admission area, so lucky we joined the tour, saved a lot of times. We got on the boat after the tunnel, quite an experience to get shower from the Horseshoe fall, taken to see the whirlpool after the cruise. I would not have enjoyed all three experiences on one day if we had not taken the tour. It's worth the price. I recommend it.

The trip was cancel by viator 1 week before the date and they still took the money 2 days before the trip and i still wait for the refund.. i wrote 2 email and still wait for an answer from them.

I booked this tour months ago. A week before a Viator rep called to confirm our time and pick up location. We were to be picked up at 10:30 at the Hilton. No one ever showed!! The man at Hilton’s reservation desk called and was told we were not on the list. We had to go at a later time which messed up other plans we had for the day. There was no 4D movie, No sky wheel tickets and no Wego passes. I will be calling for a refund and like I said never again will I use Viator. I will also discourage anyone else from using them.

J’apprends que je suis dans le mauvais hôtel pour le pick up alors que la veille j’ai confirmé au tel. Mauvaise expérience et j’exige un remboursement total. Nous repartons sans avoir visité malheureusement
