  • In the event that the Hornblower Niagara cruises not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey Behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.
  • Itinerary is subject to change without notice
  • All timings are approximate
  • Vehicle type is subject to change based on passenger volumes
  • Tour is subject to cancellation if we do not meet the minimum required amount of participants
  • Most travellers can participate
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travellers
  • OPERATED BY VIP Ontario Tours
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Not recomended! Do not book this tour.

Really bad experience. We never got picked up and waited at Sheraton together with other guests who waited for the same trip. We tried to call several times. Ontario tours said they did not do tours in the falls. And Viator could not get through to them. We have not here two days after heard any explanation and we have not got our money back yet.

Sold a trip that didn’t exist!

Extremely disappointed- my wife and I stood waiting for the transport and no one arrived to pick us up. I tried to contact the organisers but couldn’t so sent a message - reply was that I HAD cancelled the trip and would receive reimbursement- nothing so far. I went to the place near Niagara Falls where the trips are run from but the place was locked and there was NO sign of anyone there. I was SOLD a trip that didn’t exist - please be aware!

No falls at all

Sadly they didn't give the substitute programme for canceled boat tours as described. 100% of the tour was without the falls,like wineries, power stations, cable cars and whirlpools. At the end "the falls" we had to explore on our own.

They didn’t pick me up from right hotel even tho I updated it and phoned them to let know where I was . I had to get my own taxi to meet your group. Tour guide seemed bothered about having to send me back to hotel and even suggested I use cash to get back hotel myself . Tour was slow . The young driver was nice . He helped me get back hotel .

The bus was 30 minutes late picking us up and we had to call to make sure we were not forgotten. There were at least 3 different types of tours purchased in the group, which made it confusing and resulted in additional waiting. The drive portion was nice, but you didnt stop anywhere between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The tour guide kept pointing out the expensive houses he liked on the route, which got annoying fast.

Un tour d’autobus et les chutes pour 129$ trop cher. En plus, vous vendez votre forfait avec des billets coupe file et ce n’est pas vrai. La file avait environ 1 kilomètre de long. Je ne recommanderai pas votre tour.

Nous avons commencé par une balade en caravane super confortable. Nous avons visité quelques endroits et un vignoble. Dégustation de vin. Ensuite diner dans une petite ville près de Niagara. Pour finir, le tour de bateau près des chutes. Cela était bien organisé. J’ai adoré ce trio. Je le recommande fortement. Le guide était gentil, drole et sympathique.

Très belle expérience, la maison de Laura Secord par exemple, ainsi que d'autres personnes qui ont combattu pour que ce pays ne soit pas sous l'emprise des USA. Sans oublier la dégustation des vins faits sur place et la croisière pour clôturer était un moment magique. Merci au guide, il a bien rempli son contrat.
