Communication Mistake

The tour got canceled but nobody reached out to us to let us know beforehand. We still went to the falls, which were super cool to see at night but it would’ve been nice to know so we weren’t confused or lost for a solid half hour. Ugh.

Our company owner spoke with you directly prior to the tour in order to explain why the tour was cancelled. The Fireworks over Niagara Falls had ended on October 10th and there were no fireworks that night. This product only operates when the Fireworks are available. You were issued a full refund. A review, in this case, is inappropriate as no tour was held to review.

Peter was excellent. Was a little disappointed in the total experience. Thought there would be able to get a better view of the falls. Sunset tour…. We didn’t leave the meeting area until 9 pm so there was no sunset.

The Falls tends to become crowded as the Fireworks approach. In order to keep the tour at just over an hour we leave at 9 for the 10pm fireworks, and sunset is earlier as the Fall approaches. Thank you for your feedback, we will use it to improve our service and products!

The fireworks Over the falls we’re great. We could have done this tour by ourselves. We did not learn much from the tour which is why you take a tour.

However, I do like to point out that this is a difficult product to list as a "tour" since there are only a limited number of different sights to include - so our focus is on imparting information and enhancing your experience while waiting for the fireworks. You most certainly could have walked to the fireworks on your own, no argument there. We are developing this tour in many ways and have taken comments like yours in a positive light, we have enhanced the experience greatly, but sadly not in time to delight you and your guests. If you are in Niagara again, contact us and we will give you a free experience to see how we have grown our nighttime experience. Again, thank you for your honest appraisal. Peter was amazing from beginning to end...to start he text us a couple of hours before tour to let us know where to meet, after meeting us he took us to beautiful sites and had great conversation....it was a memorable experience....highly recommend this tour...thanks again Peter!

Our guide Peter was so incredibly lovely. We met in town and took an easy stroll down to the falls with our two teen boys who had already been out sightseeing all day. Peter picked up on the fact that they were exhausted, but really interested in the history of Niagara Falls and the surround area. It was as if he was hand picked for our family. We sincerely enjoyed learning from Peter. He knew something about everything, USA and Canada Niagara. We felt like we were spending the evening with an old friend. He brought us to a beautiful area to watch the light show and fireworks display. Anyone would be lucky to spend some time on a guided tour by Peter. He was fantastic!!!
