Informative and enjoyable visit to Niagara Falls

Our guide collected us from our hotel on the American side, and gave us a comprehensive tour of the park, Three Sisters Islands, and some background information. We went on the Maid of the Mist -a great experience, and also down to the Cave of the Winds. Our guide was well organised and enabled us to miss the queues and make the most of these experiences. We then drove through to the Canadian side, and a highlight was the Observation Tower - the view is spectacular. Would highly recommend.

Our "tour" was July 5th and we rode around Niagara area in a cramped minivan with NO air conditioning for hours and were told to lie to customs going into Canada to keep our wait shorter. We had to tell them we were just getting dropped off at Skylar tower instead of on a tour. We were never able to complete the whole tour due to poor planning and had to wait hours to get on the maid of the mist in the afternoon when there had been no line when our tour first started at 9am. Awful experience but I don't blame our poor guide who was a taxi driver hired because the tour company overbooked.

We got it (nearly) all in just one day. With our guide David we could experience all the main attractions on the US side of this world wonder. He highlighted the important points and made the visit smooth and enjoyable. The Canadian part was OK, but you would not need a guide as the best view on the falls is on hand. Don’t miss the night view with the coloured falls and the fireworks.

David was an excellent tour guide. Solomon was great but at times could be difficult to understand what he was saying. We were able to see so many attractions and it ended up being a wonderful 8 hour tour!

It was a full 8 hours of non stop attractions. David and Solomon were great tour guides. We didn’t have to wait long for lines which helped maximize how much we could see.
