    A very fun (and a little wet) experience

    The boat we were on gets really close to the falls. The scenery and experience were great. Our walking guide was informative and funny. We could barely hear the guide on the boat.

    I received a call to confirm my appointment. I told the female that my reservation was for 10/29 and not 10/22. She said she would change it; but she didn’t. Hence I just lost over $160 AND had to schedule through another website for next week.

    A pleasant way to see Niagara falls

    I booked with Viator through Adventure tour. The price with Viator is quite high as they have tie up with Adventure tour compared to if you book directly the Maid of the Mist boat ride at the counter. We had Rob as our guide of adventure tour who was very cooperative and provided great information.

    We were unable to go since the directions to meet at the Hard Rock were so in clear and then we were sent to the waterfall to catch the boat. When called by the tour guide we were unable to get back to the shard rock. It would be nice if you stated where at the HardRock to meet. Ask 10 different police and employees and that is how we ended up down at the waterfall.

    Walking tour was great! Helps to have a guide to learn the history of the falls. Love the US side of Niagara Falls and boat ride best way to see all of the falls without going into Canada.

    Darin (our guide) was great. The boat ride was wonderful. The poncho kept everything under it dry. Face, hair, arms, shoes, and lower legs get wet not being under the poncho or covered very well, but that is expected. The stories and history tidbits Darin shared are interesting and engaging. Had a blast.
