What To Expect

This is as close as anyone can get to Niagara Falls—without riding over them in a barrel, of course. This seasonal (May-October) tour travels to the edge of the falls, and safely back.

The journey begins at Niagara Falls State Park, the oldest state park in the United States, and all the key viewing areas of the Niagara region—from the relatively unknown to some of the most famous tourist spots in the world.

Worth the money

The tour was great. Bob our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Our 6 year old love it as well. We were able to see everything that we wanted on one tour. Made sightseeing easy and also learned a bunch of history along the way. I liked that I did not have to plan all the attractions that they were done for us.

We had the best time on this tour!! Every part of it was fun, informative, and exciting! Our tour guide Shelly did a great job and she exudes a love for this area! I didn’t know what to expect with Niagara Falls but it exceeded every expectation! I’d recommend it to anyone! Go in ready to get wet and ready to have a BLAST!

I am so glad that we chose to use this tour service. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and witty and made sure we got the most out of our visit. We saw all that Niagara had to offer in a timely fashion and enjoyed the day much more than we would have if we had tried to see it on our own.

I would recommend this tour. Bob was a great tour guide. He was very informative and personable. The weather started out not so good however we went to cave of the winds just as it was clearing up and got to see beautiful rainbow over the waterfall.

Our guide Ross’ Fisher was great! The only think is that it’s not 4 hours boat trip..we thought we would be on the boat with stops not on the the bus with the stops lol so not the experience we wanted to get. I would say this is a good one for older people and kids cause literally all the stops you are having together with the group are the ones you can walk by yourself.

The sights were incredible. The tour guide was seriously lacking professionalism and the enthusiasm to deal with visitors. There should have been an itinerary with times and a map at a minimum. He didn’t communicate very many facts or seem interested in the place himself. I spent more time worrying about the tour mates in my group and whether they would be left behind than I did on my own desire to explore.

Tour operator had heavy accent and could not be understood. Constant waiting for tour group by operator. Made up time by shortening stops. Area to eat was a fried food truck. Info was finally given at end of tour. Operator spoke on topics not related to Niagara Falls. Do your own planning, this trip is a waste of money.

There were so many good parts of the tour. Angela and Dan were great! We learned so much about the history of Niagara Falls with Angela as our tour guide. Dan was also very pleasant to speak with. These two really work well together. The movie and the boat ride were probably the highlights for us.

Our guide Shelly was amazing. She’s a longtime Niagra Falls local and she provided a lot of extra insight about the tour. She loves her job and it shows during the tour. Our group got to do a few extra things and Shelly even provided tips as to which local restaurants were good. I would highly recommend a tour with her.

Our terrific guide, Ricky Ray conducted a wonderful tour with both interesting factoids and humorous asides that kept us entertained. It never felt like he was rushing the group, with plenty of time to enjoy the awesome scenery of the falls. And it was great not to have wait on long lines for the more popular activities. We were so happy to cover all the activities we most wanted and that certainly lived up to expectations (Cave of the Winds, Maid of the Mist especially). We totally recommend this tour.

It’s very hard to put into words all the feelings and thoughts from this experience. It has no comparison. Just brilliant. Try not to go on a Saturday though. That’s their busiest day. Our tour guide was the icing on the cake. John paid attention to detail and was very helpful
