Not worth the money

Horrible experience! We were scheduled for the Cave of Winds tour, which was overbooked. We were told to come back in four hours. We had to stand in a long line for the boat ride. We went back to the Cave of Winds at the scheduled time and we were again told that they overbooked and were unable to accommodate us. Since we had dinner reservations, we were unable to wait another four hours. Hence we did not experience the cave of winds. It was extremely hot and there were not enough water bottles for everyone on the shuttle. There were no special accommodations with booking the excursions through Viator. However, the guide, DJ was wonderful. He was pleasant and professional. He did not loose his composure when everyone complained about the poor service.
