For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had booked a US side Helicopter tour of Niagra fall on Wednesday 21st September. Money $600 was debited to our account on 19th . Confirmed our trip one day in advance with the tour operator but on the day of tour the guide said there is no helicopter tour on Tuesday & Wednesday. Hence we had to cancel our tour with a heavy heart Now we have been told that our money will be returned soon . We don’t understand if there is no Helicopter tour on Tuesday & Wednesday why did they take the booking & debited the amount . We hope we get back our money.

Amazing trip, tour guide Saied was amazing, the services were on time. The experience in Niagara falls is something unique, we had the tour on boat and helicopter and both experiences are completely different one is the complement of the other one. Wonderful experience. Recommendations: for Goat Island when you go to touch the falls, bring sandals or a extra shoes and extra clothes; even if you have the yellow poncho, you will definitely get wet.

Great tour to do with a pre-teen and teenager. They enjoyed the full tour.

Do NOT use See Sights for this tour unless you are okay with waiting extended periods of time for your tour guide to pick you up. Saeed is the worst tour guide. After the 8min (not 12min) helicopter ride we waited 40 min for him to pick us up. After Cave of the winds we waited over 2 hours for him to pick us up. After Maid of the Mist we waited 1.5 hours for him. We finally gave up and walked back to our hotel. These attractions are absolutely amazing and we enjoyed each of them. I would suggest a tour company that the tour guide was actually there waiting for you when you are finished with the attraction. Saeed was a horrible tour guide. Yes I did call and spoke to the main office and all they said was “oh so sorry for the delay”. Offered no explanation as to the long delays in picking us up.

We had the Experience! Our tour guide Darryl was simply amazing 🤩 our tour started when we got in the van. Darryl began tell us the history of the falls. With this package your adventure is above the falls, beside the falls, under the falls and in the falls (with a poncho of course 😃) I’m so glad we choose all of the sites. Darryl answered all of our crazy questions with facts and a great sense of humor. His tips and suggestions were on point! I would recommend this package!

The tour guide was exceptional as were the stops we visited. Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Wind, and lunch at the Anchor bar were all hits. We could not take the Helicopter ride due to low cloud cover, which was our highlight. Sadly, the refund was not what I expected from Viator. I expected better.

Too much wasted time

While the helicopter and boat rides provided a great experience, there was way too much time wasted. We were picked up late from the hotel, waited at least an hour in the cold for the helicopter ride, and had to keep waiting for a tour guide to come back to take us to the next activity. The whole thing was unorganized and drug out over multiple hours. We were hungry around 12:00 but didn’t get to the included lunch reservation until 1:40. The lunch was less than memorable.
