Charming Tour Guide

Saiyed was an amazing tourist guide .. professional well trained knowledgeable and made the entire day fun .. the tour it self was pleasant we started with a little history around the park , then went under falls in an amazing experience , maid of the mist experience, then a great steak dinner with apps and dessert after that to end the night saiyed took us for illumination and made it just in time for the fire works ! Would recommend and also ask for Mr Saiyed …
Illumination dinner package tour is the best!

Eric, our tour guide was really great and informative. The personal attention the group received was by far the best. Our itinerary was planned out so well that this tour afforded us an opportunity to see more in one day than if we were alone. Thank you to Eric and See Sight Tours for offering such a great experience. We truely enjoyed it.
The Tour Guide was great but…

I loved our tour guide Dana. She was so lively and so nice. I had issues at the end with my feet and she took us back to the car before the illumination of the falls. I definitely give her 5 stars. She even took a picture of us coming back from Maid of the Mist! As far as the tour. It’s really nice to have everything you wanted to see and things you didn’t even realize you needed to see all wrapped into one. However, I would say it is definitely overpriced. Most of the places you go to are free or $10 for parking. A lot less walking and trust me there is a lot. Definitely do some research before taking any tour. But Dana made it worth it. The dinner was at the Anchor Bar. The chicken wings are very good but the pizza definitely undercooked. The waiter wouldn’t leave us alone until we ordered and then came back once. Never refilled our drinks or asked us about dessert. But other than that things were great.

The tour was excellent. The guide tour was really very helpful. Only complaint is about the restaurant when we have dinner Anchor Bar. The waitress was very rude. We waited almost an hour to be served They told us desert is only to go.

Dana was an amazing tour guide, she literally went above and beyond for everyone in the group. She was patient and very knowledgeable and enjoys her job. She has positive energy and was very pleasant to be around. The whole experience was incredible!!!!! We’d definitely recommend this package to anyone that haven’t already experienced Niagara Falls up close and personal. We came for our anniversary and we will never forget this trip.

What an amazing experience! My husband and I absolutely loved it. This is a must. Maid of the mist was our favorite among relaxing at the falls with all the lights at night. Sayeed (hopefully spelling that correctly) was amazing to have guiding us. Very professional and you could tell he loves his job and people and the sights himself. He was wonderful. He was able to pick us up right from our hotel at the Marriott, there in Niagara, our group was 6 people and then at the end of the night dropped us back off. We would absolutely do it all again except maybe different dinner...(there menu at anchor bar was just very limited). Overall a truly amazing experience that if you are ever close by it is a must.
