    Your guide will meet you on Goat Island under the archway. If you’re driving in for the tour, we would recommend parking on Goat Island in Parking Lot #2. From here it is a short walk to the archway. There is a fee for this parking lot of $10 which can be paid in cash or via credit card.

The maid of the mist and the fireworks were definitely the highlights for me - and we were very fortunate to have Dana as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and drove us around safely to all of our destinations.

The tour guide he was amazing. We did our tour on a Friday. Small van total of 6 people. The tour guide was on time van was very clean with great ac. It was a very hot day ! My husband is in a manual wheelchair he was able to transfer in and out of the back seat pretty easy. The chair fit in the vans trunk. Our guide was amazing very knowledge of the area. Dinner had excellent options and the food was tasty. Overall I highly recommend.

We loved the entire experience, never been here before. The tour and guide were amazing and it was nice not worrying about transportation or lines. Of course Niagara is amazing so we definitely recommend using this site.

We really enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat ride. It was a lot of fun. You get very wet tho so I recommend a bathing suit or change of clothes.

The tour guide was an hour late, kept apologizing that she was new, didn’t provide any tour related insights, they changed the restaurant for our dinner package without notice or consideration for food allergies, the tour guide left us during the first 30 minutes of the tour and we waited for nearly an hour for her to come back. The worst experience with a guided tour you can imagine. A young Buffalo couple on the tour with us were here on their honeymoon, and left frustrated and didn’t even get a chance to talk to management. I called their operations center several times and spent over 4 hrs trying to get someone in charge of this nonsense to speak with me, this is not a good way to spend your time and money - go elsewhere!

tour guide Saied is the most kindness people I have had as a tour guide. I decided to do the trip with viatior because it seems really the best and the different. You knew that Maid of the mist was not included since October and even though in your description for non 2 still mention that it is included
Educational tour packed with astonishing views

We loved every minute of the tour. The best part for me was being able to experience seemingly all that the falls offer in one day! I never felt rushed to get to the next spot. We really enjoyed The Cave of the Winds and The Maid of the Mist. The night ended with a beautiful view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls lit up with bright colors! Our guide, Siyeed, was so thoughtful and exceptional. We really appreciated his service and felt like he genuinely cared about our experience. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Our tour guide and the many tour experiences we saw, especially easy access to the Cave of Winds, and the Maid of the Mist. It would be 5 stars if not for the dinner at a really crappy restaurant (Anchor Bar)
