The birds were great would be better if we could also feed the birds to so that the birds want to interact with us as well as the tour guide obviously not the really big birds. But still a good experience.

The Avery was alot of fun and very interactive The birds were very friendly and would land on you and have lots of cute little clever tricks also the Tour guide was very lovely friendly interactive funny had lots of stories and showed off the birds tricks Also the cafe was very lovely cakes were delicious and even better a lot of gluten-free options

This was not my first visit, but I enjoyed sharing it with a first timer. I would recommend going in the earlier part of the morning, our experience was in the middle of the day (in February) and the birds were very hot and not as interactive as my previous visit. The birds are just incredibly beautiful and the pictures with them are fantastic to keep. The grounds are just gorgeous and they provided a beautiful back drop to our shared lunch. Loved this experience.

My grandson was very wary of the birds flying onto him at first, but the guide put him at ease. By the end of the tour he loved it & wants to return again.
The guide will inform you of any birds to avoid & which are the friendliest. Definitely recommend a visit.
The gardens are beautiful to walk around. Lots of different gardens to see. You can even hire buggies to ride around in. Great place.
