1. My trip details did not advise pick up time- I had to ring the provider. 2. Although I clearly gave cthe pick up address it was not recognised; the driver went to the incorrect address & when he was put right proceeded to not enter the pickup street, but sat some way away from us. Fortunately I was able to see the van approaching & had to run down the street to catch it before it took off without us. 3. Once we boarded he proceeded to depart without allowing us to gain our seats. My wife has serious knee issues so that was a concern. 4. The vehicle could have done with an interior clean; the floor had residual scraps of rubbish.

I had to phone the Australian agent to find out at what time we'd be picked up 4:30 am, but had only made the booking the day before, on the weekend. The trip was good - collected at the hotel on time and delivered to the airport in good time. It's a very slick operation - changing buses at a main depot but with only a few minutes stopover there.

Hi. Two disappointing things about this trip. The first was the issue organising pick up - there was no record in your system of us having a booking. As a result I was on the phone for quite some time and the booking reference that was printed on our ticket - as noted above was not in the system - quite frustrating. The second issue was how on two occasions the driver who picked us up complained about tourists and the amount of traffic it caused. funny - we are tourists and without them he probably wouldn't have a job. No issues with the second driver - very friendly and courteous
