The price was right, eventually I got to my hotel, and the driver was very nice and efficient. BUT I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle, then go to 2 different terminals to pick others up, and got to my hotel over an hour after landing. My flight from Maui was only 19 minutes. Would have ubered had I realized the long process.

We were greeted with a worker who walked us to the shuttle so that made it so much easier for us. The only wait was for the actual shuttle to get there but everything was great! Would use this company again for sure.

Our flight was in an hour early, nice lady knew that and which baggage claim we needed, called us back a few times since my phone wasn't behaving well, helped us to pick up point; young man driving in the rain was very careful. Great service!

Our plane sat on the tarmac for an hr so we were late for our scheduled pick up time. Your staff was very helpful and assured us we would get picked up and we did soon after. I would have given a 5 except our experience with our drop off. We were staying at an Air B and B . I was not told beforehand that you only drop off at the nearest hotel. So I was surprised and upset when we were dropped off 2 blocks from our destination. My husband has a walking cast/boot on so we had to walk that with all our luggage in tow.
