We chose to include transportation which was a great idea especially since taxis and ubers are pretty expensive around the island.

I would pay a little extra for the Paradise package which includes 2 drinks and optimal seating; we sat right in the middle and had a great view of everything.

If you drive start earlier because the rush hour traffic getting there is horrible.

The whole show was amazing. I went with my disabled mother and it was easy to get her around. The Chief’s Luau was an amazing experience for my family. Hearing my 13 year old daughter who is teenage difficult to engage laugh hysterically while her brother got on stage to dance was joyful. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching my son sweat up a storm to become the fire starting champion for the evening in a team effort with his girlfriend. The MaiTais were delicious as well as the phenomenal pig roast. All around wonderful family experience for these New Yorkers first time to Hawaii!

1) the restrooms were disgusting. Smelled and dirty. These should have been scrubbed, clean and dried prior to our arrival. 2) the female bartender was pouring a few drops of alcohol in the pricey pineapple drink. Many patrons complained about this too. 3) all guests should have received a flower Lei that paid an admission fee. 4) the food was good but would be best to provide more lines so all people would not be in line for too long in the heat.
