For security measures, bags are not allowed at the Arizona Memorial but storage facilities are available at the Visitor Center for a nominal fee.
Please note: the National Parks Service permits us to provide 'wayfinding' only within the park sites. Unfortunately we are not permitted to provide any interpretation within the park.
We try our very best to keep to the itineraries by reserving tickets for our guests in advance, however, we ask for your understanding in route / schedule changes as there may be factors beyond our control.
Wheelchair lift vehicle available upon request with 24 hours advance notice.
At the Arizona Memorial: Wheelchair accessible.
At the USS Missouri: Only the main deck is wheelchair accessible.

Please dress casually and wear comfortable shoes for light walking. We also recommend you bring sunglasses and a camera.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Very professional tour company. We were in the wrong location for the pick up and they called us to check on us and were able to direct is where to go. We were so appreciative of that! Great tour package. We got to do the USS Arizona Memorial, USS Missouri, and Aviation Museum. The tour started at a good time and we had very knowledgeable tour guides. BK and Kalani were outstanding. My only critique to this specific tour is that the pick up time at the end of the day for the deluxe tour should be at 4:30PM or 5PM. We were done with the USS Arizona at 12. However traveling with children, a pick up time of 4PM was just too short and felt a bit rushed. Also, I wish they brought us through Downtown Honolulu and to Iolani Palace.

Patrick was an excellent host from start to finish! He was careful to make sure everyone was accounted for at each pick up and drop off site while maintaining a great sense of humor while telling us some wonderful stories. His knowledge of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor as well as all the local eateries was amazing! We loved the tours, seeing the USS Arizona and USS Missouri was very meaningful. His recommendation for the garlic shrimp and dole whip from the food truck was spot on! Thank you Patrick and Viator for another great tour!

Tour guides Larry and Chris were the best. As the park rangers change things often , always make sure to check with the park rangers about timing of your reservation. We recommend watching the USS Arizona memorial film after you visit the USS Arizona memorial as you may miss your reserved ferry time if not done well before your reservation time (45 min before at the latest)

Although unable to get onto the Arizona Memorial due to weather, the experience was incredible. From Marlon our driver, to the visitor center, ferry ride, museums, and Punchbowl Crater Cemetery, the experience was "top drawer". I would highly recommend this for everyone visiting Hawaii.

Our tour guide Brandon was so efficient and knowledgeable. He was so accommodating and informative. The bus was clean and seemed new. Many like I did not realize we could if added the Missouri to the trip , I guess we missed that . Brandon told us a lot about the city and history which was great . He spoke clearly.

Following a brief city tour we headed to Pearl Harbor and spent the rest of the tine visiting the various monuments. Our driver was on time and polite throughout. No need to comment on Pear Harbor itself given how well known the history is. We came away with more understanding of how the events played out on that fateful day. Recommended

There are very few places in our country, other than military cemeteries, that humble a person. Realizing I was stand over the final resting place of so many soldiers reminded me of how grateful I am to be an American. You can’t visit Hawaii and not visit the Arizona memorial.
