First, let me say, the drivers were great. The dispatchers were beyond horrible. If I could give the dispatchers -5 stars I would. Completely incompetent. Literally, their ineptitude nearly caused us to miss our flight. Please stay away from VIP Trans.

Aloha - Booking was very easy, however it didn't tell us what would be our pickup time. I email the company 24 hrs ahead and received a response. So communication without me reaching out would of been better. Other than that issue, our driver was on time and very friendly. Got us to the airport in plenty of time.

Earl, the driver was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & informative. He made the ride very pleasant. The reservation confirmation is not informative. It doesn't give the pick time. I had to call several times to confirm; there was never any calls made to me to confirm the pick up time.

Took 45 min to get picked up! Then he picked up a full load of people with more luggage then legal to carry, as luggage was blocking the exit door the entire way. Our driver, Tom was Very knowledgeable and shared a lot of valuable information about the history during our 2 hour ride from Airport to Waikiki. So the VIP shuttle was $34, we caught a cab back to airport for $34.73 got there in 20 min. Do the math and save hours of your time.

We saw a few VIP vans stop at surrounding hotels after passing right by our hotel and thought that we might have been omitted, so I called VIP. Whoever answered the phone was not that friendly and was being smart. Once a VIP van didn’t pass right by our hotel and actually picked us up, we got to the airport in a timely fashion.

We gave ourselves 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to airport to catch our flight and we’re assured that would be enough time. We also asked driver and he too said we’d make it. Someone was a no show. He went back again for them. We were late and missed our flight and had to pay luggage fee for next flight. We are out $50. as a result. Very disappointed !!! Should at least be reimbursed.
