Most surfaces are wheelchair accessible, since we do have ramps to the Bar, the Restrooms, and the Ohana Gift Shop, and outside surfaces of the luau have harder sand
Motorized wheelchairs are allowed in most areas, however, Germaine's Luau will not be responsible for any damages to the electric mechanism for the chair due to sand, as our luau is on a private beachfront property.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Superb performance

Best experience ever!! I was mesmerized by the food and show. I didn’t think the food was gonna b as good as it was. There was plenty of food for everyone, we were able to repeat if we wanted to and a lot of us did went for seconds. It was a full buffet, there was rice, salad, coleslaw, potato salad, chicken, beef, pork and more. Many choices even for the pickiest eater as I am. There even was vanilla cake which it was amazing! There was a full bar to get drinks and I was given tickets to get free alcoholic drinks, u get 3 tickets per admission. The show was out of this world ! The performance was outstanding! I would definitely come back to see this show again. At the end of the show we were able to take pictures with the entertainers. I was very pleased to have done this show. There is a $5 parking fee which has to be paid in cash and ur car is secured behind the gates instead of parking outside the gate but it’s always a choice. Keep in mind that if u drive it’s a bit of a drive w traffic. It took me an hour to get there even though I was only 25 miles away from there. The show started at 6pm and we left at 8:40pm We are next to the beach so many of us took pictures with the gorgeous sunset. We ate before the main show started which I was very happy, I didn’t wanted to be eating while watching the show.

No flower lei

Great luau the issue we had we didn’t get a flower lei that we were promise as it stated when we chose the luau. No flower lei was a disappointment

Luau Experience

We wanted to bring in the new year with a luau. Germaine’s Luau was a great experience. The host of the show had lot’s of energy and interacted with the audience. The dancers were great! The food was ok. My only complaint is that when we left the show, walking to the parking lot, we was directed to throw out our plastic water bottle that we walked in with. My husband said “I came in with this”. The lady walked to us upset and said “throw it out now, you can’t leave with that”. We continued to walk to the parking lot and didn’t appreciate the scolding in front of everyone as we left a wonderful family show. This was our first activity on the island.

I highly recommend Germaine’s Luau! Traveling with family that require special accommodations, Germaine’s Luau staff provided the care and kindness to ensure my family members are comfortable. We enjoyed the show: the MC has a beautiful singing voice (reminds me of Karen Carpenter), the band was great, the dancers were phenomenal, and the overall sound was at the right decibel! The food was delicious and had more than enough for everyone! The location is beautiful! We truly enjoyed every aspect of Germaine’s Luau and my family appreciates their Hawaiian hospitality. Mahalo!!!

No one came to pick me up

Horrible! Last time we came it was beautiful! The price of the plumeria package was terrible! Last time we got the most beautiful kukui nut necklace with painted yellow flowers….this year, they were CHEAP and ugly! Not happy! Food was not as good….we have been to a LOT of Luaus in the past years and last time we went to Germaine’s it was great…but NOT this time….certainly will not recommend to anyone else and we will be going to another LUAU next time

Pick-up nightmare

I’m not giving a 1 star for the actual Luau. The luau was amazing! The food is great and the show was beautiful. However, when we arrived to the pick-up destination our names were not on the manifest and when the driver phoned in to see if maybe we were at the wrong pick-up our names weren’t anywhere. We called Viator to get some information since the Luau office wasn't opened, we had the confirmation email and the tickets on our Apple Wallet, but the lady was very dismissive and said our tickets didn’t exist when we hadn’t even given her our names or confirmation number. We had to pay almost $100 for a Uber to take us to the luau. I called back again and they were able to find our tickets and assured us that we had spots on the bus back, but when we got on said bus we were told to get off because it was at capacity. We then had to jump onto another bus that thankfully took us back to the hotel. They whole thing was very infuriating as this was my birthday dinner and Viator customer service didn’t even seem to want to help.

This was by far the most exciting part of my trip. I give the reviews 10 out of 10. When all of the different cultures came out and did their tribal dance in their tribal outfits. Amazing. The girl that did the love dance was so beautiful
