I would love to give John 10 ⭐️ If there is 10 ⭐️ review for his work. My kids learned a lots from his information during the tour. He took us to see most of the beautiful place around the island. I’m feeling more lucky when I booked this tour with John. He was so energized, fun, and most importantly his is a professional photographer, he also was an actor used to play couple role in the movie before that make him got taste of how to taking a beautiful photos for your family. I definitely recommend everyone this tour not only you able to see a lots of hidden gem places you can also take home all the unforgettable memories of vacation with you that have been captured on those beautiful professional photos.

Best circle Island tour EVER!!!!

This was the best Circle Island tour I’ve taken. It’s so much better than the big tour companies. John is great, he takes you to places that the big companies don’t go. He will adjust things to what you want to do. And he made time for our boys to swim in the ocean when the waterfall was closed for swimming. His recommendations for food are spot on. I’ve talked 4 other circle island tours and this was by far the best. I would give him 10 stars if I could. And the pictures he took were amazing. The ones I uploaded are just the ones from my phone, I can’t wait to see the professional ones!!!!! Will definitely be booking this company again for future trips to Oahu. Since it’s a private tour it’s very much at the pace you want to go. His knowledge of the island is amazing and my kids learned so much from him.

John was very informative and because this was a private tour, we were able to go to some private locations where a larger tour bus could not. In addition, John is a professional photographer and was taking pictures throughout the tour which are provided to you without any additional charge.

John our private tour guide and driver was very knowledgeable and courteous and couldn’t do enough for us on the day out. He explained everything with such detail and answered all our questions so well. You can tailor the tour to add or drop sites which suit you as it is a private tour. He cared for us well always checking in on my mother and I and constantly offered water, checked on the pace, a/c etc. the photo opportunities are infinite, be ready for a great day out and highly encourage you to swim in the waterfall, but be careful of very slippery and uneven rocks on entry where it’s mandatory to wear life vests. Enjoy the day out with John!!

Our tour guide/photographer/historian was amazing. If we could give him 10 stars we would. He exceeded our expectations. He was personable, knowledgeable, entertaining and comical. We were able to see the island and get amazing photos taken. We caught an amazing/magical sunset. I would recommend this tour for all! We vacillated between a group tour and this private tour but due to covid elected to do the private tour. We are pleased with our decision to book with John. It is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!

Our driver/photographer/tour guide was very knowledgeable of the island and Hawaiian history and legends. We saw some great sights and learned much. We have not yet seen the pictures he made of us but expect them to be good. Not a cheap trip but more bang for the buck than other tours. The views were spectacular. John really loves what he does.

our tour was called Datesnap and our tour guide name was john. Such an amazing tour and tour guide. he took us through the whole island of Oahu north and south shore. Amazing photos, amazing tour stop locations. He used a smaller van so we could get to spots the bigger tour buses can not reach. we would recommend this tour 100% to anyone who goes to Hawaii.

Honestly cannot day enough good things about John! He was super informative, engaging and entertaining. Instead of just the touristy thing, he took us to local hot spots as well as places the island is famous for ! Also gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner !

Easily the best tour on Oahu

I have traveled across 30 different countries, and done multiple tours and never have I come across one quite like this. John well and truly exceeded our expectations with his level of photography knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to help us get 'the perfect shot'. Unlike any other tour operator, John invests time in each member and assists them with whatever photography device you have, to allow you to capture beautiful images regardless of your platform. He explains common photography terms, and even educates you on the different functions specific to your own camera. Furthermore, John added in an additional surprise, capturing photos of us throughout the day, and sending them through to us via email. I invested a significant amount of time in researching the various tour providers on the island, comparing which company would give us the best island tour, incorporating all the key sights of Oahu, and this tour ticked all the boxes. We couldn't have been happier. If you want to experience what Oahu has to offer, look no further.

Great tour of Oahu

This is a fantastic tour. Extensive trip around the island. You see all of the best and special spots not usually known to visitors. John is great. He knows the island, the history, of the island and provides a running commentary. Very personable and a great photographer. This tour works for cell phone camera people like me and true photographers. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see Oahu beyond Waikiki.

Highlight of our time in Oahu

This was something my husband I booked last minute because we had a free day in Honolulu and it turned out to be our favorite thing while in Oahu. What was great was that it was just us and 1 other girl and the guide took excellent photos of us which he shared via google drive a couple days later. I loved how he let us explore different areas at our own pace. In the end we really did see nearly the entire island and I loved swimming in the waterfall.
