My flight out of San Francisco was delayed three hours, so I was very late arriving in Honolulu. That was not a problem. Stan waited patiently, met me at the baggage claim and helped me with my luggage. The SUV is stunning, very comfortable 30 minute journey to the hotel. Stan was so accommodating and I can highly recommend this as a treat to start your trip. Thank you so much Stan!!

Excellent experience. We used the private SUV transport both to/from the airport. Stan, the driver texted us before pickup to let us know who he was and what car he was driving. Exactly on time and clearly visible names displayed at the airport at pickup. Flawless experience and wouldn’t hesitate to repeat the experience. We had the same driver both directions, 6 days apart.

Plane was late, but Stan was on time and waiting at the baggage claim area. He had good communication via text leading up to the arrival. SUV was nice and comfortable. Pleasant experience after a 7 hour plane ride. Would book again.

Very convenient, reliable transportation from our hotel to Honolulu airport, and back. We used them 4 times over the course of a week, and each time the driver was early for our appointed time. Unlike many airport transfer services, customers are met at baggage claim and the walk to the vehicle was not far. I'd use them again the next time we are in Honolulu.

Very professional! The driver sent us a text message regarding arrival instructions. He was there on time and welcomed with your name so you can easily locate. Assisted with luggage too!
